I think Bob Prcotor puts it amazing as much as I am a fan of motivation and I am hard work does pay off in a way prime example a construction worker or a person who works 9 - 5 or 8 - 4 they work hard but why are they not rich why don't they have the life they want? I will tell you why its their paradigm what is a paradigm? the operating system like a phone or computer that runs your life they work hard but are not aligned with what they truly want vs someone like a singer they don't work that hard to be honest they just entertain people but why are they making billions of dollars because their paradigm that operating system is aligned with what they want you must vs change your paradigm then once that is changed you can get what you want, you don't get what you want you get what you are because of that paradigm
