I think the hand was so meticulously done in the second episode because the president seemed to be based on Trump, and they were probably trying to poke fun at how small his hands are.
Funny thing about suction cup man, He is based on a real person who tried to climb Trump tower using none other than *"SUCTION CUPS"* , and not just normal ones but window pain suction cups. (and yes this actually happened and this actually is based off of a real life person😂)
