Passion Royal Cottage ka partial part encroachment par bana hai, jisme main entrance gate se aage jaati hui road tak ka part developer ka hai hi nahi. Jiski wajah se abhi inhe aage ki taraf road ko open rakhna pada hai. Uske bad bhi ye itni expensive property bech rahe hai jise inhone 3000 rs gaj me khareeda hai and buyers ko charge aise kar rahe hai jaise inki property iss gaon me nahi swaroop nagar ki hai. Uspe bhi tax bachane ke liye property value ka 60% cash maangte hai, pata nahi income tax department kahan so rha hai.

4.Security+all facilities charges in this villa are so high.
5.Prices are not perfect at this small home.
6.Also a danger zone because the Ganga river is near this villa.
7.Balconies are also too short.
8. Not any types of stores and medical stores nearby this villa.
9.Not proper work at this location zone.
The perfect price is only 1 cr with fully furnished and her demand is 1.80cr what a foolish price.

This company is a complete fraud. This project Passion Royal Cottage is partially illegal. They’ve grabbed a significant portion of Gram Samaj land within the project, and a part of the project itself is embroiled in disputes. The entrance gate? It’s blatantly built on illegal land, encroaching on the village’s Chak Road. If you’re okay with being scammed, go ahead and invest.
