Example: Between 100 to 170 BPM I mix ankles mode and swivel on right foot. 170 to 215 BPM I start the right foot with swivel and I find a point to high response, turn it to ankles mode on both. Higer than 215 the technique that I use is to pray 🙏 😂🤘 Cheer’s!
