Congratulations on your purchase of the best trailer built..you won't regret it...built strong 15 miles from where your Salford Equipment was built.. Canadian Tough.. Good Luck Larson's.
Titan are the best made and most custom trailers you can find. I'm so happy Larson Farms is using them! Titan is located right in my home town, Tillsonburg Ontario!
I am always impressed with the care and respect you give your equipment. Obviously, there is a fortune in machinery here, but you treat it all with care and concern. A great example for others…
Always impressed when you look in you tractors/implements in the shed are all look shine clean. Brody is a simple guy that drives complicated equipment. He's a great man for the team.
You won't regret the titan they stand the test of time the owner is always improving the quality . Started in a farm shop not far from us because he couldn't find a trailer that satisfied him
What ever truck goes on that new trailer; it should have a BIG motor and 10 inch mirror polished straights on it. A calling card for Larson Farms. Fantastic pick on equipment Doug. You should have the 1st after dark trip to town. 😀
The phrase "outdid himself" is an under the understatement on that purchase 🤣. Badass nice looking grain trailer with all the bells and whistles. In one of your next videos, sure would be nice to see it at nighttime all lit up. 👍
Being a semi truck driver normally the front axle lifts and rear axle has a dump option. Reason for front axle to lift would be to limit tail swing at the rear of the trailer. But for your application having the rear axle lifting is just fine cause you aren’t backing into tight spaces in truckstops or customers
Chet you should look up "Farming Fixing and Fabricating", Andy and his family had a water well drilled last yr, the crew allowed him to film and they did a very good job of explaining everything about well drilling. Glad ya got the new well drilled now, as you said, get the water tested, install the pump, bore all the water lines needed... yea, it never ends. Cheers :)
Wow that GPM for the new well is impressive. I just built my own house and my well ended up being 325ft(that’s shallow for where I’m at in Montana) and it’s rated at 75gpm which is pretty unheard of for a 6” casing. I had to put a culligan water treatment system in though because our water is really hard. I’m glad it worked out well for you guys
I'm not surprised that Dougo did so good on that Titan. All the years I've watched Larson farms I've never seen Dougo not be on point. You guys all keep it entertaining for sure.
The reason they left the front axle instead of the back axle is so when you lift it, it throws more weight on the tractor and makes the truck rod better with that longer wheelbase. That’s why they do the front axle over the rear axle lifting.
The irrigation well my father had drilled in 1941 is 125 ft deep with 16 inch caseing ,screened in the sand profile and solid the rest . Specs 28 inch drill hole ,16 inch caseing ,gravel around the bore hole to the.casing and then 8 in pump column with the pump on the bottom with line shaft to the top and driven by a gas engine ( now natural gas) and still pumping 800 gallons per minute today. I was told it took one month to drill and develop this well
Chet is always a step above the rest of the channels. Awesome video young man. WTG DougO' on the new trailer, hope it brings you several years of quality service. 🚜🚜🚜
I’ve seen ppl build water filters from river rock, charcoal & sand that works so well they turn pond water clear. So, yes the large grain sand around the screen makes sense. It acts as a pre filter trapping sediment smaller then the sand grains.
I've been working for dealership since 1998 and 25 yrs of that no A/C in shop. Try sitting in sleeper doing a/c work and sweat rolling down your face. We have gotten spoiled with A/C shop, after being inside all day, then go home it's screw that not mowing today. This week temps going to be in mid 90's. Temp inside shop around 75 to 76 degs, can get little sticky but biggest thing getting humidity down. We are 1st A/C shop in town and rest are doing the same now. Still only 1 A/C car dealership in our area surprised others haven't yet
You might want to think about treating that ash tree in grandpa‘s yard to protect it from the Emerald ash borer. Here in Kansas the ash trees are being wiped out by the invasive Emerald Ash borer. It looks like a good tree. It would be a shame to lose it.
That's nice good well, we irrigate with well water, we go slightly deeper between 800- 1,500 feet deep some go 3,000 feet deep but we haven't.. to get around a 1,000 gal\ min well.. great content, you have way to much cool stuff..
I believe my brother designed the controller and remote system for your new tailor's tarp cover. His wife's company probably assembled the controller and remote.
In europe, where trailer axls are more forward on most 13.6meter trailers a rear lift isn't common, but it's used. Creates more tailswing, which with our axl placement is bigger anyway. But like you said, it does make for a tighter turn, makes quite the difference too on our standard 3axl trailers. However.. i don't like how it's riding with the last axl lifted, took too much weight of the drive axl, but maybe i had to get used to it.. 😊
The remote for your new trailer keep the cover on the remote closed as much as possible otherwise it will drain the battery for the remote. Nice looking trailer. God bless
You guys are lucky. My well is 400’ with 16” casing. With a small 15 hp variable speed submersable, it will do 250 gpm with no problem. It is used for both domestic and to irrigate my tango oranges. Standing water level is about 165’. Out on the west side of the San Joaquin valley, 800-1000’ are common to get 3500 - 4000 gpm for irrigation.
Very nice trailer, shiny, pretty, lots of lights, but Dougo forgot the surround sound speakers. 😀 If you're hitting the water table at 85 feet, I'd say that's a win. Deeper might be better, might not increase your gallons per minute, but it should increase the availability of water and allow you to keep the well pump higher up from the bottom of the well. I'm in northern Arkansas, my well is 265 feet deep, mostly through limestone. The pump is at 245 feet. I haven't had a problem with the well going dry, and I've been in my house for 32 years.
@Racheluvsme I see, around here you get down just a little, and they're drilling through limestone the rest of the way. I have a casing in my well. It's solid steel and only goes down twenty feet. Knock on wood. The only issue I've had was many years ago, the check valve just above the pump failed. The well had to be pulled to fix it.
Anyone that watches The Curse of Oak Island has seen how interesting digging holes like that is. Esp if it’s looking for treasure.😂 I like learning about how things are done or made, or skills ppl have. We take a lot of things for granted.
Love getting a new video in time for brunch viewing…. You guys are so much fun to watch, maybe because you just capture what you normally do instead of creating something. Thanks for sharing….. I’ve been on the fence about AG-1, I guess I’ll give it a shot.
Be glad you have that much water without having to drill hundreds of feet to reach it. Here in Missouri, the Karst geology & sinkholes allow contaminates to enter the upper groundwater aquifers, so many wells have to be drilled 200+ feet to reach safe water.
We are looking forward seeing the new trailer all lit up after dark. We want to see Dougo's hundred plus lights. That explains all the Instagram Titan posts.

What’s the price tag on that trailer??
Yup, she also isn't keen on raping lying stealing nuclear defense documents and leading an insurrection against our democracy.
You should really do your research before accepting sponsors. AG1 is what you are telling us. Do your homework

Worked for Titan Trailers for ten years. Then I started farming. Best trailers built.

Nice to see your grandfather out and about.
This is like watching the Learning Channel sometimes. Can't explain just how much I learn from you folks. Your videos are gold, I tell ya, gold!! 🥇
You are going to love that trailer!!! Made down the road from us!! Best trailers ever made!!!🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Titan trailer are made 20 mins from my house. Love that your supporting a local company
Cameo appearance by Grandpa Merlyn. New grain trailer with custom emblem on the back and plethora of chicken lights. It's a good day.
We run an 8 axle version of the Titan hopper here in Michigan. Excited to see how the tandem works out for your operation!
You won't regret the titan they stand the test of time the owner is always improving the quality . Started in a farm shop not far from us because he couldn't find a trailer that satisfied him
Loved the Brody laugh on the "soft water" comment from Dougo.

We take pride in the trailers we make. Thanks for the kind words. I hope to weld up some more for you guys!

The new grain trailer looks nice with the Larson emblem on the back. Digging of a new well.
Titan Trailers are built about an hour away from me. Both the local trucking companies that haul our grain out have them and they are sweet trailers.
Looking forward to seeing the new trailer going to work.

Owning a Titan is a dream of mine , they are beautiful trailers
Peaked the Recteq in the background of the ad, love those smokers.

Great video. Love the well drilling and new trailer.
Love your new trailer. They are made about 45 mins from where I live. Thanks for buying Canadian. 🇨🇦
I love my RecTec 700. i bought it 7 years ago and I never had a problem with it.
Woohoo Titan Trailers from Courtland ON !!! Close to home! Enjoy it!
I spent a little time on back of a water drilling rig. It was very interesting with so many veritable and at times extremely hard work.

Grandpa’s looking good!

Need to see it all lite up
Always nice to watch you and your videos. Thanks for sharing. Be safe. Stay well. Victor (Arkansas)
Titan is a great company and from Ontario! Look north for great quality!
Built tough in Southwestern Ontario!!
You might want to think about treating that ash tree in grandpa‘s yard to protect it from the Emerald ash borer. Here in Kansas the ash trees are being wiped out by the invasive Emerald Ash borer. It looks like a good tree. It would be a shame to lose it.
We love our titan trailers.
perfect timing, just sat down to eat. Love the videos

Titan Trailers- "Strength Through Innovation"
Can't wait to see the trailer lit up at night!
Appreciate the way you like to learn Chet.
Good job guys
A good well driller never stops on a well until everything is complete drilling, casing and gravel packed even if it takes 24 hrs
Hahaha
It eliminates the possibly of well caving in
I have rear axle lift in my fulltrailer. And its awesome!!
Good job Doug. Nice trailer. Brody approved!😅
I believe my brother designed the controller and remote system for your new tailor's tarp cover. His wife's company probably assembled the controller and remote.
Very nice trailer it is. That is a lot of water per minute.
Good Canadian made trailer!
Nice trailer. You will really like it. Boss has 12 or more titan trailers.
We punched a new well for our farm this year too. Highest spot in our lot and we really lucked out. 55 feet deep and 40gpm
My mate has two years old kenworth all lights and polish, you need to buy it,it’s Canada
For the tow hooks put a small chunck of rubber where it hits the trailer and it wont leave marks
Titan trailers is 45 minutes from me. Lots of them run the roads here, quality trailers.
Good Canadian built aluminum trailer
Great video, and that trailer is top-notch!

Hey thanks for another great video Chet. 👍❤️
Nice new trailer with name on back. Even comes with a hiding place for Brodie. Hope your new well works out for you
I’m with you on the rear axle dump make empty trailer shorter wheel base but you don’t see many set up that way
thank you
amazing video. thank you so much
You will love the electric gates they are great
titan products are worth the money I will be surprised if you don’t order more. Good product
nice ride along
Very nice trailer, shiny, pretty, lots of lights, but Dougo forgot the surround sound speakers. 😀

It’s not how deep you are it’s the flow through the material. Water doesn’t flow through sand well at all.

Their water table is around 10 to 12 feet.
Our irrigation well is 105 ft. deep in green gravel . Test pumped 3,000 Tom with 5-6 ft. draw-down. Posted as unlimited. Located in NE. Nebraska.
gpm not Tom. Hate spell-check!!!
Great stuff guys 😊😊
Nice Recteq!

I’ve been on the fence about AG-1, I guess I’ll give it a shot.
If you keep going you should hit primary water, (Primary Water Institute).
Be glad you have that much water without having to drill hundreds of feet to reach it. Here in Missouri, the Karst geology & sinkholes allow contaminates to enter the upper groundwater aquifers, so many wells have to be drilled 200+ feet to reach safe water.
Their water table starts at 10 to 12 feet.
Maybe even shallower.
It's so shallow there that's why their fields are all wet every time it rains hard.
Amazing how shallow well are.up your way. 350 foot wells are.common in my area.
We are looking forward seeing the new trailer all lit up after dark. We want to see Dougo's hundred plus lights. That explains all the Instagram Titan posts.
I want to see the back end of the trailer lit up and see what the "Larson Farms" looks like lit up at night.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us 😅😊
The well waste is called “tailings”.
Nice well, lots of water.
Thanks 👍
isn't it absolutely wonderful being a very rich farmer ? It looks like it is !
Yeah the debt load helps us sleep at night!! 👍
Being upset about someone else’s financial situation is a good look into your own life, maybe seek some counseling for yourself…
Hopefully, they got a promotional discount on it..great advertising for the trailer company.
