- I decided to take the Triumph Bonneville T120 out for a shopping trip.
Running low on essentials, I boarded the Bonneville T120 and set out to my not-so-local Bakewell, for Bakewell Tarts of course. On the way I took in the majestic view of Chatsworth House, which is well worth not going the most direct route for. It's still pretty cold out, registering a nippy 1˚C when I left but luckily I had a million layers on, who says you cant ride a modern classic motorcycle in winter?

You and your fancy classic bikes, with saddlebags and room to carry pies and stuff! Just this morning, on my Sunday ride, I saw a nice piece of Red Velvet I wanted to bring for my wife. Yeah I've been lucky so far, but thinking of changing it back as there seems to be a bit of war on motorists at the moment, it's only a matter of time before I get pulled I think 😁. @@ClassicRides of course i do. last year luckily a friend , who´s a motorcycle journalist, offered me a brand new t120 for a testride. that testride lasts finally 2 weeks and i totally fell in love with this adorable bike. i think in your videos you cought the spirit of riding such a wonderful smooth 1200 ccm brit twin perfectly. (sorry, but my english is a little bit rusty)
is this colour (i think its silver) stock in the uk? here i found silver only in two-colour-variants.
@@rramirrezz The colour of my bike is Aluminium Silver and was part of the 2018 range. I hope your friend gets you plenty of other bikes to have extended test rides on, it sounds ideal!

Hey Thomas, so glad you like the videos. So I don't know exactly who makes the spotlight as I got it off a bike breaker on ebay. But I think it's some sort of Harley Davidson light as I've seen very similar spotlights on them. If you have a look on ebay for a 5" chrome Harley spotlight I'm sure you'll find one similar.

Yes I did have the Saturn V’s, they sound brilliant but personally, I think I prefer the look of the Vance & Hines peashooters.

Thanks Paul, glad you liked the videos. The jumper in this video is just an old chunky knit from Marks & Spencers, it’s not particularly warm though. I’ve just got a new one from Woolovers which is similar but much warmer. Unfortunately I can’t tell you the name of it though as I don’t recall what it was called. They gave a good selection of pure wool sweaters so your bound to find something you like.

Hi Jose, I’m 1.82 and found that replacing the rear shock with a shorter spring really helped. It’s not a tall bike but it is heavy.
