It's hard to believe it was just an accident when he takes aim at your car. Maybe he wasn't aware of you making the move, but that's still on him for not being more aware of what is around him. There really needs to be a penalty system that penalizes people that do this, and it's ridiculous PD removed the report a player system from the game.

Yeah I think PD need to sort out the penalty system asap but nonetheless I had a blast around here 🙌
