PA announcement has no warmth or character though. You'd think they'd play on the familiarity of calling the company Bonza. Needs to be more relaxed, friendly and fun. I do enjoy your videos though so keep up the great work.

Always loved how the CSM refers the cabin crews as "legends" 👍
Avalon is real drama if the few flights have issues. Handy for Geelong trippers but I wouldn't.
