Bernard is the king of subtle movements in boxing. Nobody did subtle moves better, you dont know they are happening. If you ever fought somebody like that it is almost impossible to figure out because its so subtle you cant tell what they are doing. Todays dudes are different. They dont the same sort of subtle moves like andre ward, bhop, henrry armstrong. New guys about doing mayweather flashy moves and nothing wrong with that but boxing has changed a lot in the last 10 years. The inside game also. People think of floyd as the shoulder roll guy but if you seem shoudler to shoulder on someone and inside he was so subtle and tricky. Just different now.

"Well, with power, a lot of it is natural - you are just born with it like I was myself. But training is important. Chopping wood, lifting hay bales, things like that, that’s what today’s fighters should do - go back to old-school, natural methods of training. My trainer, Archie Moore, he told me to go away and chop trees for two weeks before a fight, and I did and it made all the difference in the world; all the difference to my life. I’d say doing things like that increases you punching power by at least 25-percent - forget lifting weights, that just makes you muscle-bound and takes away your speed. Go back to nature when you train." -Earnie Shavers

Great video as always. Another thing I realised abt canelo is when you see him talking abt digging in the hook especially to the left to the body he uses the distraction from what Mike Tyson was saying at the start. canelo will throw a right uppercut to the head to get you to cover up your head and expose your side then come round with that digging hook to the body

So here's a cool side note you see how GGG was using his head To get leverage so the first line of defense in wrestling is very similar If I can keep my head underneath your Opponents it's hard for them to get underneath you yeah I was Talk before you sprawl before you wizard before you do anything if someone is getting ready to take a shot Your head is your first lion defense you wanna be underneath them
