It's funny when Manager Yang said I have my pride and refused the help and then used the robot helper Airstar. It was a good way to show us how convenient it is to use. I was so excited when he figured out where the places in the airport are located. And yes, when working in a place you don't pay attention to much details around you. Although this airport is bigger compared to our local airport in my country, I never get lost in Incheon airport since every sign and numbering system are visible and super helpful.

Dear airport please make a detailed transfer video for terminal 1 international transfer. Especially for those passengers who doesn’t have a boarding pass. Please show transfer desks and what airlines can print boarding pass there. How long does the transfer take? For example I’m traveling from China with china eastern with no boarding pass and I transfer to Hawaiian Airlines. I’m also a first class but looks like I can’t get to the KAL Lounge with no boarding pass. So many questions I wish there was a video about. But I can’t find anything. Thank you
