As always, what a great video. I will be watching this one again for sure. Beautiful stitching! Thank you for taking the time to share what you are doing.❤😊
Nerissa fabulous video! You are such an amazing stitcher!❤ Thank you so much for sharing all your beautiful pieces.I have faith in you you will get them done!❤ Have a great week.
Nerissa, I so enjoyed watching this, your pieces are all so lovely, and you are so inspirational, I can just feel the joy that stitching brings you - and I wish you happy finishing!
I truly enjoy seeing your pieces. Your stitching is really lovely and I wish I could visit and see your projects in person. Happy stitching (and finishing)!
Omg omg!! You are so dedicated! The red sampler with not enough fabric would make a wonderful envelope project bag, even if a bit is cut off on edges. It would look like a sampler bag. the little green sampler should definitely be a needle roll. Can you imagine basket full of rolled up needle rolls? Save on wall space! A little bit at a time you’ll get there!
Thank you so much! I project bag could be possible for the red sampler. Thanks for the idea. I will be making a sewing roll out if the green one. Happy stitching
So so many beautiful patterns you have stitched! You must stitch 24 hours a day. I stitch every day but definitely don't have as many finished as you. Love them all but the Santa you are making into a bag, is gorgeous!
Nerissa, spectacular stitches to be finished 🤩🤩♥️ so enjoyed seeing them, appreciate your taking the time to share. I wish you much success at finishing or should I say finding the time to get them all completed…such joy is brought by each stitch….🪡
Wow, you have a ton of beautiful things to finish! On the red one with not enough fabric, I would just sew a strip of cotton fabric to that edge to have enough to pull around and lace, if framing is what you want to do with that. Can’t wait to see what you finish with all of this. Really enjoy your Flosstube channel.
Thank you so much . I am slowly working my way thru the bins. I would like to frame the red one - some one suggested making it into a project bag , which is a possibility - happy stitching
WoWzers! That a bunch of beautiful finishes……❤❤❤ I like your new set-up - seems like the lighting is better and your closer to the camera….Can’t wait to see your FFO’s over the summer….😍😍😍
Thank you so much! I filmed at a different time of time and turned my camera slightly. Always try to find a good spot to film. Happy stitching, Nerissa
Fabulous stitching to finish and love the ones you have. Your sampler which you have not much edge add calico around and frame. The right frame the calico won’t show but helps with finial finish. Blessings and happy finishing/stitching.
Nerissa 🥂✨🪡😍😍. So many beautiful stitches ❤💐absolutely understand the dilemma to complete the finishing or keep the needle creating another beautiful piece 🪡✨
Nerissa, I have only just started watching you, mainly because Carol mentions you almost in every one of her flosstubes. I am stunned at all your gorgeous finished pieces, especially those ornament sets you will be finishing in the future. I do wish you luck! I love your sense of humor! I assume you have been stitching for years and years. I need to watch one of your very early videos to learn more about you. I loved this video! Carol in Texas
Oh thank you! I have been stitching for 42 years. I learnt when I was 10. I love stitching almost anything. But especially samplers and Christmas decorations. Happy stitching
For your burgundy stained sampler, I would trim off 2” of the fabric on the left side and do a running stitch join to the other skimpy side, as far out as the 2nd to last set of 3 threads. This will give you enough room for a 1/2” border to lace it with 😊
I am glad to hear that I am not the only one. I just prefer to stitch over fully finishing. But I am trying to get them done. Happy stitching and finishing.
Oh my goodness, amazing, beautiful finishes. I think you need a couple of weeks off work and hide yourself away in your sewing room. Happy Fully Finishing😘😳🥰
The pumpkin with the coffee chart is Brew Ha Ha. It's a freebie by Plum Street Samplers. I'm stitching it at the moment - so cute❤ I'm still watching, so I may be back😆
I look forward to your progress on your finishing so make sure you keep us updated. A couple of questions … did you fill your strawberry with crushed walnut shell then put the white stuffing at the top? Do you make cording with the kreinick corder or some other way? What do you use for hangers? And where did you get the ornamental hooks that you showed? Cheers!
Hi Hilary. Thanks for watching. Strawberry is filled with crushed walnut shells and the stuffing on the top to keep the walnut shells from falling out. I use a kreinick corder to make all of my cording for my finishes. I sometimes use cording for my hangers and sometimes I use brought hangers . I brought the ornamental hooks at Christmas time - sorry I can not remember where. Happy stitching, Nerissa
Hi Nerissa, on your video #21 at one hour and 13 minutes into the video (1:13:58) you show a cross stitched picture of pansies on a clothesline. My mom fell in love with the beautiful picture. Can you please tell me the name of the picture, the maker of the picture, and possibly where can you get it? My mom loves your flosstube videos and she gets lots of inspiration from you. She would love !to meet you one day. Keep up the great work that you do!

Oh my gosh! What a fantastic amount of sweet stitching. So much to do . . . call in an elf or two.
Thank you, yes an elf or a finishing fairy would be very handy. Happy stitching, Nerissa

Loved seeing your Christmas finishes! I have 38 Prairie Schooler Santas to do get stitched up 😊
Thank you. I do enjoy stitching the prairie schooler Santa’s. Happy stitching

Nerrisa, I don’t enjoy FFOing either and I have 47 pieces waiting. You’ve made me feel much better.😂

Thank you Sarah, yes about another 48 hours in a week would be good (as long as it’s not taken up with work) happy stitching, Nerissa
