This type of devises dont usualy work.. as rats gets habitual to these atra sounds just like humans gets habitauted to high noise overthe time..

@@NSSPP I have seen cars with metal wire mesh under the engine bay to restrict rat entry.. personally I have not done this but m looking for a good garage where I can do this professionally..
