My grandmother had the big mac one on top of her refrigerator. It was my favorite toy to play with at her house. She must have been fond of it too, because it wasn't with the other toys and she only let me play with it where she could see me and only for a limited time. I had almost forgotten about it, as it has been many years, until i saw this video. Thank you for that blast to the past.

I remember my aunt was giving away old stuff, and some of those transformer dinosaurs were in there. I regret not taking them, they're tacky but also adorable. I like the icecream and hotcakes ones the best.

I remember these. I used to play with them un-transformed as food and I would play McDonalds as any kid would do.
My god I totally remember a couple of those. The shake one was my favorite but I specifically remember getting really frustrated because my toddler fingers weren't strong enough to pop it open.

I remember my old church nursery had the mcnuggets one, and for like a year I thought it was some food toy, like part of a kitchen playset, and then I found out it could transform.

I had the hotcakes one I think, also had some other really strange transformer type food toys from around that era. Not sure where mine went, I should still have them up at my parent's house if nobody threw my stuff away. My fiance has one on his shelf of interesting things. It's REALLY weird. It's like, a burger that transforms into a weird... robot... burger...thing? Kinda looks like he's wearing a sweater vest, too. Look it up, I think it's from the late 80s.

The Dino-Changebles were my very first McDonalds experience. It was Transformers, Dinosaurs and, of course, McDonald's all in one toy. In 1991, you hardly could ask for more!
I had the ice cream, the quarter pounder, and the happy meal. Those were cool toys. The whole family ended up getting them all except the fries. The ice cream one was hard as heck for me to pop the head up on for some reason. I kept asking my dad back then to pop it up when I wanted to play with it.

Bigmacosaurus looks like a child friendly Kraid with some McDonald's branding thrown in
omg i had them all as a kid, except for the squishy ones. It was around the time my parents would get the sets(like the halloween dress up chicken nuggets). Or when Pizza Hut came out with Land Before Time hand puppets or the Simpsons dolls.

I remember those Dino Changeables!!I had the Big-Mac-O-Saurus-Rex, McNuggets-O-Saurus, Tri-Shakeatops (you also forgot the tail for it), McDinoCone, and Quarter-Pounder-With-Cheese-O-Saur (I never like this one, because I always thought it was some sort of weird oyster-thing. I always looked at the head upside down and thought it looked more like a portion from a crescent moon with eyes. Until this video, I never realized how I was actually supposed to view it.)
