Ok so retinol tip, I am gonna pick it up myself too, but the brand No7 has an after retinol use product it is called the post retinol soother. You should pick it up and also maybe try using retinol every other night until your skin starts tolerating it better and in the in between days use the post retinol soother from No7. Also look into a product that describes the retinol as being gentle, and another thing to look for is a retinol that says low dose like .5% or 1% those are typically for beginners using retinoids. Which is another key word you could look for on a retinol product is beginner retinol. Hope this helps!!!!
Omg Kay thank you so much !!!!!! I used it twice in one week just to start off but I think it was definitely too potent to start with. @@tatanishasankar111 yeah starting retinol does tend to affect the skin sometimes it can cause dryness and flakiness and/or bumps. I'm pretty sure there is a such thing as sensitive retinol products for those with already sensitive skin, maybe that's why you aren't tolerating it well? you have sensitive skin already right? I think the post retinol soother worth a try and maybe searching for a retinol that is low dose beginner friendly and also for sensitive skin type of product. The effects of retinol after getting it integrated into your skincare regimen are really good for the skin! And you're welcome!!
