I can really recommend the book 'Charleston: A Bloomsbury House & Garden', a book about the house VB and Duncan Grant lived in and decorated. Lots of pictures of their painted walls, furniture, and paintings in situ
I like the art history segment that you occasionally introduce. It helps widen my visual experience. Most time this type of information would be lost to me, because I’m busy with other things. This brings me back to reality in seeing what came before me-- art history. Thank you for your efforts.
I love it! I so wish somehow we could brainmeld in art because I have so many ideas yet even in my groups it's like "yeah ok whatever" but I love art ,wc, pastel, ink and colored pencil. I love what I do and give to others. I wish I could show you a sample. I love your paintings which you call doodles but it helps so much to come up with ideas. And I would do what my head does anyway. I wish it would shut off. If you wanted to brainstorm I certainly could. I do not know how to reach you or what time it is there.

Thank you for this very interesting video. I loved the painting with the tulips. You are a great help to us want to be artists.
Wow so beautiful
You might like Paul Talbot-Greaves. My personal all time favourite is John Blockley.
Thank you so much Alison! 😊🙏🏼
Paul was on my list, but I believe John was new to me - added too!
I was thinking exactly that at 3:22 how well she did those reflections on the table 😂
Great video, my faves were at 04:50 and 09:50 although I did like some other ones as well, thank you for making these types of videos 🙂

Amaryllis and Henrietta were two of Vanessa's grandchildren. Angelica was their mother.
