      I’d say it depends on your hair type and texture, but based on my results I’d say this is a 7/10 💫

    • @Blondeamy
      @Blondeamy  3 года назад +1

      You can from a moisture point of view, it’s suitable for all hair types, though as I don’t have coloured hair I’m unsure on how colour safe it is. It could be worth reaching out to fanola to find out for sure ☺️

    Noooo to sleeping with hair mask. You will over do it, people can also have hydral fatigue and if the mask have protein in can cause protein overload which cause breakage.
    Also leaving the hair wet and/ or with product for too long like overnight can swell the cuticle. Just NOOO.
    Since you’re applying on dry hair you might be able to get away with 1 hour but not everyone or every texture can. I have wavy hair and if I leave it for an hour sometimes it’s too much. Always follow the directions and can leave it on for 15 or so minutes long. Leaving for too too long, might now show the side effects same day but when you do it more often you will ruin your hair in the long run.
    I also thought more is better but trust me, not in skincare or hair care. There are directions for a reason!

      Thanks for commenting! Many professions I speak with in conjunction with my videos have advised that sleeping in hair masks won’t cause damage, any damage can come with heaviness in product especially for curly and coily hair that is more fragile in texture, many brands I speak with also advise the same. If hair is extremely damaged from bleach, colouring and neglect, it’s a great way to add moisture but I’ll definitely take your comments on board as I’m not a professional myself. I tend to leave all of the masks I try on my channel on for a similar time to conduct a fair test on any similarities and differences ☺️

      @@Blondeamy yes if it’s very damaged overnight can be great 👍🏼 sorry just saw your comment. I personally found myself and other stylist say not to leave on overnight. But you know your hair best and if it’s getting better if you leave it over night then of course continue to do so🥰

      The reason it can be damaging is the cuticle opens and it swells, that would make it more fragile later. But if the hair isn’t so so wet that it dried before you sleep or almost it wouldn’t be as damaging but soaking wet can. Do you get itchy feeling?
