Now I get why nobody liked Journals when it was released but is highly respected now We all were little 12-15 year old girls who were used to his baby-voice and we expected him to release more like Believe. We didn't havd taste back then. I didn't like this album at that time and was disappointed with Lolly as well but now I regret hating on this masterpiece.
I think that "Journals" didn't get that much of a credit which it deserves . I have never stopped listening to "Bad Day", "Hold Tight" , "All That Matters" , "Heartbreaker" and "Confident" ,they are still my fav songs of JB especially Hold Tight

I dont know how's that possible but I've just now understood that the happiest times in my life were the same times when Believe album was released. Then the worst times in my life were the same times when Journals was released. And when I got started to get over those hard times, Purpose was released.
