Looks like you had a good time with this and the bread looks great! I have a cob oven and bake sourdough in it and anything else you can think of! It's a lot of work as you know to us a wood fired oven but very rewarding!

That’s the problem with these ovens. They don’t get hot enough nor do they retain heat. Only way is to build your own brick oven which I’m in the middle of right now.

I love bread in the wood oven. But to be honest, I prefer to make bread with extra pizza dough after a pizza cook with the residual heat. It's a bit much work to get my oven going for a few rolls or loaves. that being said, for the quantity you made, absolutely I would fire up my oven.

Yeah... you need to make a lot of bread. When we make more than we can consume in a day or two, my wife freezes the bread and reheats in a toaster oven. Good stuff!

I have a long 1/4 inch pipe I use to blow the new log into flame, like a bellows. It gets new wood going faster with less smouldering. Love the video and I may make this recipe tonight after pizza.

Than you for this video, I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time! Do you have a link to the recipe in English? I can guess the ingredients, flour, yeast, salt and water, but would be nice to be able to read the steps.

You did the high-speed baking and we didn't get to see it, but you did a slow speed when you were running your gums

160 degree floor? Just listen to what you are saying you are literally telling us that the oven doesn't hold any heat. Dude you are cooking bread and have to do that much work to cook bread in a wood fired oven? No way - give me a break and take some time to learn about how real wood fired ovens work....

Yeah, 160 celcius, i.e., about 320 fahrenheit. I measured it. Sorry you didn't like the video.

Hey VAPORWARE, the guy is trying to do something nice. He knows a lot about his craft. Give us a break and try to be a little nicer.

VAPORWARE does have a point (poorly expressed) that it would be useful to know what temperature scale you're using. I assumed it was in Fahrenheit since you are an American and didn't say otherwise.

Best to put the dogs in the house while you make a video. Very distracting for both audio and video.

Thanks for the advice. I do this for fun and don’t want get a chance to reshoot. Regrettably, this will happen again.
