That's so funny. I just discovered the dart rifle today, and thought you should make a video on this, especially with the crystal darts. I nearly nutted when I first got it, because I was already in love with the blowgun.
The dart rifle is honestly the most unexpectedly amazing weapon ive ever used. It shot from completely nothing to me to in my top 10 weapons REALLY quick, especially with cursed darts
@@bee-uc2fm Not that difficult, just takes a bit of patience. Take the Dryad to a graveyard biome and she'll sell seeds of the opposite evil you got on world generation. Plant those in dirt on a big square of stone underground, let it spread, and presto, you get the evil biome for evil mooks to spawn in. You can repeat the stone square for larger biome coverage.

Dart rifle’s cool and all, but anyone else use just dmg and crit based accessories to give your sniper rifle the highest dmg and exactly 80% crit rate so when you go invisible with vortex armor you get a perfect 100% crit rate and can deal 1-2k dmg in one shot. P.S. it’s been 2-3 years since I’ve played. Idk if anything has changed about this sniper idea.
So, musket & dart rifle would be a better comparison? I still wouldn’t pick dart rifle (idk, musket is just cooler to me). Also, is there an infinite dart thing like the musket pouch and quiver?
@@MrSir-wl9hh No lol you can get musket before fighting any boss and it’s really weak compared to the dart rifle, another gun you get nearly at the same time as the dart rifle is the clockwork assault rifle.

I mostly learned by myself. Tutorial videos usually aren't my style, but I'd be lying if I said I never took a peek or two at some when first starting out ;)

Ichor Darts are amazing too. They ignore immunity frames for the first second they fly and then they split into multiple darts that don't suffer from any damage falloff.

If you've never tried it with ichor darts, *_do it._* It's sooooo good.

Dart rifle carried me through hardmode
Its a really good gun for early hardmode it does falloff after golem but by then you have better guns
