Thanks to U Tube that we r now able to liten any song of our choice. I was a staff member in an institution. We staged this awesome qualli n everyone enjoyed it b coz in 70 -80's there was no other entertainment sources so we enjoyed those days in such manner.
Since my childhood, 1960 I heard this qawwali. In those days I was staying at Girgaon, Kumbharwada, Mumbai nearby Chorbazar area. In Chorbazar many times programs of qawwali I heard and now remembered Shakila Babu, Sh Aziz Naz few of them. I like very much this zum barabr qawwali yet.
Beautiful voice, unique style of singing and great music. I never get tired of listing his qawwalis. He is on repeat since I discovered him recently. Didn't know that he was the one who gave us Jhoom barabar. Thanks for sharing Mumtaz ji.

मै चौथी कक्षा मे होगी लगभग...तब पेहली बार सूना था ये कव्वाली... उस उम्र में इतनी समझ नही थी के किसने गाया है,इसे कव्वाली केहते हैं ये सारी बातें पता कर लें...लेकीन कुछ एक खास बात थी जिससे मैं इस गाने की शौकीन हो गइ....वक़्त बीत गया,मेरे बच्चे बडे़ हो गये।.. वक्त के चलते मै भूल गयी थी...फिर एक दिन अचानक ये गीत मुझे याद आया....अब मेरे पास भी नये जमाने का मोबाईल था।... बडी बेचैन सी होकर मैने यू ट्युब पे सर्च किया और आखिर कार ये कव्वाली को ढूंढ निकाला फिर सूना....सुनकर हैरान हो गयी मै..ये क्या इसे गाया है किसी मर्द ने और किसी ख़ूबसूरत हसीना पे पिक्चराईज किया है ऐसा क्युं...तब मैने ये फिल्म देख ली तो समझ में आ गया ....
अब बात है कि वो कौनसी तर्ज थी इस गाने की जो मेरे मन में हलचल मचाती थी?....आज ये व्हिडीयो देखकर जाना ये तो ट्रिबल के पेहले ढोलकी की तिरकीट है...बहूत खूब मै बार बार सुनती हूं....मुझे बेहद पसंद है ये कव्वाली..... अल्लाह तआला नाजा सहाब को खैरोबरकत से नवाजें..आमीन
