Sadly Google Slides does not support mixed orientations within a single presentation. The orientation you set will apply to all slides in the presentation. If you need different orientations, you could create separate presentations, then link them. (For example, add a link from your original presentation to your portrait presentation. then you can add a back button to your portrait presentation, linking it to your original document).
ooohhh, I'm not sure why? You should be able to double-tap the slide you want to change (or tap & hold on an ipad), tap Change layout, then tap the layout you want to use. Let me know if you are still having problems...

ok, but how is it if I do not want all slide to change, only one specific page is needed as portrait
