Stanwell Park shoreys have always crunched a few of my bones. (Had a surf on them fuckers?)
It's just amazing the footage you younger guys can get with your newer cameras when compared to what we had in the '90s. I did a ton of bodyboarding when I was stationed on Okinawa for 8 years. Mostly coral breaks over sharp reefs. All I have are the memories in my head. I wish now I could have been able to record them with the technology we have in 2017.

Man, I remember being in the Outer Banks with a hurricane coming in, it might have been 100 miles away, I forget. Made for some awesome body boarding though, even though I got put down into that gravelly sand many times. Over 20 years ago, one of my fondest memories.
