It's pretty obvious that she's really good. Her S1 good AFK run skill. Though I'm still a big fan of the reapers S1 more. It's a solid skill. Her frighten is a unique CC. And the instant 30% defense pen when hitting frightened enemies is also insane. On S2 and S3 having 100% activation is crazy OP. Instant 160(+)% damage on activation of a skill is so good. It's so consistent. Having a rough idea on how a unit will perform every time when you press their skill is invaluable. "Quirks" she has is her S3 is SP is per/sec regen instead of Offensive regen. It's neither a good or bad thing, just different. Last CC being an Offensive/Defensive Skill was so good. But in the future if there is a CC that guts attack speed her S3 being per/sec regen would be a great. They also did this I guess for Irene. Having it Offense charge would make Irene absolutely obsolete. My guard list has her S tier with Mlynar and Surtr. And overall I do believe she is a Top 10 Overall unit in the game. I have Ch'en and Irene in B tier. But I would say Ch'en is B+ territory and Irene with Degenbrecher's release is closer to B-/C+.
