No proof of citizenship is needed.
Dems are way ahead of the curve. As far as staking the odds of a Democratic vote.

The judge is violating the law. It's against the law for non-citizens to vote in federal elections. I just checked ChatGPT to verify and here's the response: "No, it is not legal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections in the United States.
