All available patterns are listed above c: I plan on making a few tutorials for original designs (aka designs that I made; not designs for things I've made using others' patterns), but only for beginner-friendly, simple patterns. I feel more comfortable writing out a pattern for more complicated designs, so those will only have patterns (and not tutorials). 💖

tysm! I'd say it's a bit of a misconception to say I crochet so quickly XD Sometimes projects take me a whole month to finish (sometimes even without any other wips in between). Usually I just spend a lot of my free time crocheting because it's one of my biggest hobbies that I've never gotten tired or burnt out doing! I suppose I'm lucky on that aspect because I've heard of others who've felt very burnt out by their hobbies. But that's one thing to keep in mind--that this is just a hobby and you can always take breaks/not focus on it if you don't want to c: As for how to stay motivated, it's truly just because I love making things so much XD. I think the anticipation of seeing the finished piece also helps me keep going

TBH my harriet also ended up a little shorter than I'd expected 😅 but not enough for it to be a huge problem especially since i like to wear it over dresses or on top of high waist bottoms. i think it's because the panel stitch is more stretchy but the border and button band basically have no stretch so it "shrinks". i love watching these FO wrap-up videos, looking forward to more 🥰🥰

@@byredbean i'm glad you said something about it too because i noticed that the shrinking happened, but none of the other testers mentioned it so i thought i was the only one or i made it too tight 😂

For the green top try to block it first bc blocking will help stretch it a little!
def a good idea! I've already blocked it once though ;w; I definitely think it's probably because the stitches are made in a way that shrinks the top vertically (some others had this same issue when making this XD).

the issue with the size shrinking after you make it could be because you're not considering the volume when you wear an outfit.
usually any blouse or dress is a bit bigger than it should be because once you wear it, your body takes up space and shortens the top. next time try adding a few inches extra and see how it works out!
ahh that could be it! tbh I’m guessing it’s bc the type of stitches used in this pattern. usually when I make similar blouses, I never have this issue 🤧 but I def messed up somewhere or didn’t account for something this time :’)

Have you blocked the green shirt at 04:51 ?
yeah I blocked it to even out the stitches and make the collar lay down flatter, but it was also quite short before I blocked it :’) so it’s definitely bc I messed up somewhere while making it XD
Just block that green shirt and stretch it kind of tightly. It think it will fit better.
