I remember crying feeling like I'm not going to be able to give my son the love he deserves when I had my daughter, but I found out our heart is bigger than we realize and I even had a second boy years later after the first two. I find it hard to go to sleep at night because I think about how one day, im going to die..it sucks! that's what causes me anxiety, it causes a panic attack. you and your husband are very convincing. my question to you.... why do you have anxiety if you know that the afterlife exists? any worries this world throws at you... it doesn't really matter then right? throw that anxiety of yours out the window surely? what I wouldn't give to teleport Infront of you guys for just 10 minutes and have a convo lol. sorry for bringing that up by the way, I noticed you don't put your husband's name down everywhere on your videos for views and I can see you are doing this RUclips thing just for you. I noticed that straight away and I respect you for it. refreshing to see actually.
Agree, healthy food, but you need a treat, too. I could never take my kids to a special event and not let them choose a prize and a treat--ice cream, etc. Life is too short to not embrace the good times. Children should know all the joy they can, play, laugh, sing, jump in the mud puddles. I had such a wonderful father and such a fun husband who was the most amazing father. They made being a child fun and happy with love, patience, and so much joy. Enjoy your time with your children, the little moments and the big ones are equally precious.

I suffered from panic attacks. Now l mostly suffer from anxiety attacks. My remedy for this is cancel out white sugar! Go for natural sugars instead. Take lemonbalm Herbal tea. This help calm you down and listen to Relaxing music or sounds. Stretching also helps to release tension in the body as well. During panic attacks have someone talk you through it jokes can help you laugh and change your focus. Focusing on your breathing can help as well. I hope these tips help. 🙏😊❤👍

It is a straight up profound direct calming from within especially when like you said the full on amount of energy mothering takes. It is a podcast too and has online offerings . The podcast is an incredible source. I so so wish I had discovered this when my son was born . I have done everything as work in the healing field & can’t say enough about the course! It’s life changing 🙏🏼 Also the new second book after the Secret called The Greatest Secret. Incredible insights in the book! Love u beautiful mom & you three ♥️♥️♥️
