Here in the UK they can be bought even cheaper, especially if you opt for the 4.2 engine model with 'only' 395BHP. My 2009 4.2 Quattroporte cost under $16k dollars at today's exchange rate, yet the price new with options would have been over £90K ($106k). What you have to allow for is the cost of parts and servicing, which matches the original purchase price, but it's worth it for *that* sound and the 'grin factor' every time you take it out.
Italian cars always depreciate(exception Ferrari, Lambo, and special Alfas or Maseratis etc) because of the mostly false narrative that they are unreliable and expensive to fix.
Three of you and NO ONE could step out and get some action shots?!? So, we tune in to see a Maserati but are instead subjected to ten minutes of this guys mug. 🤨

That’s an incredible buy and “only 395” horsepower is negligible for the additional savings incurred. What color combo did you procure?
It’s crazy how much those have depreciated. But very cool! Especially with those noises that those make
The noises are the reason to buy one.

Couldn’t agree more. Thank you for sharing
Def a classic. The era of these no holds barred V8 cars is coming to a close. Good vid of a car that's mostly misunderstood for what it is.
Thank you for the kind words. I believe 20 years from now, this will be one of the legends people talk about. Only time will tell.
@@DepreciationNation keep up the good work!!!
@@BitterCarGuy thank you for the kind words.
The Sport GTS are worth more.

Couldn’t agree more. Destined to be a Modern Classic!
What year is this?

Do a reunion tour and get those drive bys and cold starts and rev in a tunnel shots. Ppl will love it.
Would be an option but the car sold. Will line up another and create a short for y’all.
