I have a build that can be op can you please try it? it is e whip (with 2times damage prefix 4 times if possible works without it as well) a shield most preferably ice shield but e shield is good as well ice armor cuz we will be glass cannon and tesla coil 2 times or 4 times affixes are highly desired but works just fine without it mutations: tranquility disengagement and acrobato pack (carbine) and as of for biomes we go sewers, then prison, ancient sewers, conji then we go graveyard to get a flask if used one previously then we go cavern to the giant (gotta get those sweet sweet stats) then we can skip high peak but I like to do it cuz of course I am greedy for those stats but if you like to skip you can np.
motion twin can allow dual wielding of the same weapon (for ex. Dual throwing knives). But make the one in the secondary weapon slot deal only 60% damage so that it wont be overpowered. Having this mechanic will allow diverse weapon combinations while at the same time, it is balanced since the secondary only deals 60% of its damage. The same thing can be done with skills.
It's not only about damage, but various affixes, breaching, freezing and bunch of other effects applied to mobs/yourself. Wave of Denial from the video is the perfect example. No one really cares about damage, it's about stopping mobs/attacks.
@@override7486 then they can implement a mechanic that reduces the secondary to be only 60% effective in all aspects. The second has reduced stun duration, breach and ect.
I think for tactics they should have the bagpack dmg scale with tactics. So that you do get the bullet but the dmg is so insignificant ( if the you have
Some weapons in the backpack don't even really "need" to do damage. Just applying poison with this carbine or pushing the enemy with javelin is pretty impactful 😯
all backpacks mutations have a 3 second cool down, what are you talking about? it's balanced as it gets. have you not updated the game to new version or something?
Quick note: This was recorded on an earlier version of the backpack. It was since given an internal cooldown for when it can activate again.

Having 28% free dmg from the bagpack with only 7 scrolls is too op

you have one grenade per run, so how?
OverRide I’m pretty sure you can reuse the grenade after killing the enemy without the blueprint extractor
@@manpreetsaini7582 You might be right. It was changed, before grenade was one-time use, so if you messed up, you have to restart the run.

I prefer having hakuto bow instead of shield. Also hemorrhage will ALWAYS crit if your target is poisoned or bleed.
