What is this useful to me. I need to obow how it feels on back, how it is ajustable and if you feel any hot spots while you hike. If the pading is supportive an does not rub and is not too hot and so on.

Thank you for watching. For me, this pack carries very comfortably, even with 50 pounds. It’s fully adjustable and the padding is very supportive. For me, there are no hot spots or rubs. I’m 5’7/185 pounds.

How to claim warranty in any country

You would go to Osprey.com and click on customer service. There, you'll follow the links that best fit your need and will end up filling out a form and mailing your osprey product in. I hope that helps!
