I viewed each of the videos in this series and this is the first time I am commenting; I just hope that the two of you keep those books he gave you and do not try to flip them. This is a gift that you should hold onto share with your children.
Thank you for sharing this series of videos and his collection. What an awesome collection but an even better person. And I'm not just saying that because he gave you those books but just to have you over and share all of his knowledge and memories that went into collecting those books. That's the definition of sharing a hobby.
When watching the first installment of this I really wondered if he was putting on a brave face after the statue incident - but after watching all of these I'm 100% convinced it didn't even phase him. He was just lost in the moments sharing his stuff with people that can fully appreciate it. And the statues can be glued back - and they're a rounding error compared to his jaw-dropping collection.
This makes RUclips comic influencers look like small potatoes. Steve just got on with his collecting because he 100% believed in all types of comics. Much respect to him.
What a great collection and a great guy! There's nothing better for a collector than to get to show off their collection to someone that is interested in it.

Impressive collection. Most I've ever seen someone collect that much variety of Golden, Silver, and Bronze, and modern. Hope to get my collection as massive as this one day. Steve was a genuine person, and I'm sure you were grateful for the stuff he gave you. Awesome content as usual. Hopefully one day I can get to one of your tent sales, can never seem to find where to go lol.
He gave you all those books for free, and I know he insisted he didn’t want any money. But how I was raised and grew up I would 100% have to give him something. Especially since his (very expensive) statues broke due to sharing his collection with you. Crazy if you don’t somewhat compensate him. Your going to make a killing from these videos of his collection, he deserves some compensation.
It's refreshing for me, to see all these DC comics for a change. Marvels are always shown quite a lot! Well you and Sara really have outdone yourselves. You've made a lot of fans happy!😄
I've enjoyed each of these videos... Steve has a great collection, yes, but his personality is top notch! :) I loved his "isn't that funny?" and "isn't that crazy?" comments. lol ;)
this man truly loves comics, what a great collection thanks for sharing steve .also thanks for videos.that marvel mystery no 84 10.000 plus unbelievable steve no planet of the apes my favourite .you guys should keep the 4 books he gave yous in your personal collection .what a nice guy steve is.
For mid grade copies , I would much rather have them in mylar bags instead of CGC cases . They present much better this way and especially without the ugly cgc grade on it . And plus you get to look through them once in awhile .
Good to know about the slabs after 1980..Great looking Sonic at a 7! A few uk dealers on WhatNot sell the booby covers without a problem..obviously focused on the "rarity aspect"..
I agree with you man it was a fantastic video never really seen anything like it other than Lee dico Kirby comics or video of metropolis at the convention. You guys are an amazing couple and deserve all the kudos and recognition you can get from these amazing videos!! Thx
All Winners Squad, what they were before they became The Invaders! That is amazing! Both issues side by side the way they should be. Steve, you know your stuff!! Last issue of original Cap too! You were not wrong it kept getting better! Thank you again for sharing. Make sure to triple security now, lol. 😂 I have no clue if he will ever even see my comments. 🤷 Had share my thoughts, though.
The Batman books in late 1950s were either goofy subject matter, dinosaur issues or weird Sci-fi covers. Never picked up that run Era because of subject matter...:-( Very nice collection...
EC's last group of titles are very neglected but they were written and drawn by the same creators who did the famous titles like Tales From The Crypt, Weird Science and Frontline Combat. And to their credit, EC editorial was willing to take a risk with innovative concepts for these comics like medical drama (MD), the world of newspapers (Extra!) and adventure stories set in the historical past (Valor). Regarding Marvel Comics Super Special #1, each member of the band contributed only a small amount of blood to mix with the ink, not "pints of blood". Not only is Steve's collection one of the most awesome I've seen but Steve is an awesomely generous guy.
The question we all are wondering is what does Steve do for a job? Second, where is his AF 15, Tech 27, AC 1? I mean at this point I wouldn't be surprised if he whipped those our next! What an awesome collection!!
Angelo I’d keep those books Steve gave you as that was quite a gift and he should put some of those books in a safe or vault so they won’t get damaged.
You shoud make more videos of these length, the other videos just look cut off at such odd times. I would wait days for one solid video instead of a couple mediocre ones.
daring love 1 was ditko 1st published art (got a copy cgc 6.0), thing 12 is 1st published cover, fantastic fears was not his 1st published as daring love beat it to news stands by iirc 2-3 months but it is his 2nd (1st completed though)....................it's funny watching all these and he just man handles the books as if he doesn't have like $5k just in his hands at times
RUMOR about the KISS comic is the blood actually accidently got used in another printing (Sports Illustrated) not the comic but they went ahead and released it as is
LETS GOOOOOOOO WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO 😎💪👑😍🙏😁😁 that whole run of flash yes plzzzzz my goal for next year is to get as many of the silver age run as I can IL get #105 by the end of the year.
i talk sh!t, but this would be me without my wife to put a choke hold on my spending. After i get so old id sell and go on cruise ships all over the earth.
I viewed each of the videos in this series and this is the first time I am commenting; I just hope that the two of you keep those books he gave you and do not try to flip them. This is a gift that you should hold onto share with your children.
Agree !
The fact he has so many keys, number 1 and all just sitting around just boggles my mind. I'm in awe of his collection. Great series!
“You can’t collect everything”
Steve: “Hold my drink”
His whole collection is just astonishing! So glad you guys had the opportunity to show this off on the channel!

I think the value is a lot higher than $300K
I’d say it’s closer to 1/2 million easy
This has to be the best comic book and statue collection I've seen....a lot of years collecting right there!🙂
He has challenged the assumption that you can't collect everything...
Love Steve’s attitude. Clearly loves the art form, but isn’t too precious about it. “It’s just a comic book” lol! Great videos.
Well they do care enough to assemble them. Theres your hatred
This makes RUclips comic influencers look like small potatoes. Steve just got on with his collecting because he 100% believed in all types of comics. Much respect to him.
Steve truly has the best collection I've seen on this planet
He handles them like they're nothing. Triggers my anxiety.
What a great collection and a great guy! There's nothing better for a collector than to get to show off their collection to someone that is interested in it.

"They're just comics" - Steve. He really did/does collect for the love of the art, & not value. Steve is one cool cat.
Yup even for rare stuff
I love how he said a few times,ok now I'll get to the good stuff, like every box of this collection is good stuff.
Collection is insane
This is like a master class in comic history...wow!! Thank you for showing us. Thanks to the collector for showing us too! Amazing collection!!

Hopefully Hurricane Milton stays away from this collection this week...
My jaw is still on the floor, there's easily a million dollars of collectibles all together.....

Man! What a collection!
Legendary Steve. Bravo.
The Batman books in late 1950s were either goofy subject matter, dinosaur issues or weird Sci-fi covers. Never picked up that run Era because of subject matter...:-( Very nice collection...
Believe it or not batman is as serious or more on the goofy issues. Ive read a few.

This whole series has been nuts. Highlight moment for me was seeing that All Winners #19, since I just picked up X-Men 3 with the homage cover.
Dude isn't married, and it shows. I'm jealous. Id love to know what he did for a living to be able to buy all this stuff.
He must have been an early investor in apple or something. Insane money on comics.
Could not agree more.
I'm hoping he and his collection will be protected from Hurricane Milton. 🤞🏼
Katrina got the last of my original collection. I started collecting again in 2019. Never say die.
You shoud make more videos of these length, the other videos just look cut off at such odd times. I would wait days for one solid video instead of a couple mediocre ones.
I was happy not to see a book in a slab. Great collection!
I have never seen so many keys in one place 💯
His Kirby 50s stuff had me 😮
Steve. You are my hero.
I would love to just hold half of one of those drawers of comics lol. Great collection!
daring love 1 was ditko 1st published art (got a copy cgc 6.0), thing 12 is 1st published cover, fantastic fears was not his 1st published as daring love beat it to news stands by iirc 2-3 months but it is his 2nd (1st completed though)....................it's funny watching all these and he just man handles the books as if he doesn't have like $5k just in his hands at times

"Piracy comics were about pirates i guess?"😂😂😂😂😂

He has an amazing collection, but thecway he handled his comics made me qeezy lol.
He was bending them at times no no 😂😂😂
I’d love to know where he got the cool storage units from although live over the pond
That’s a Pedigree collection right there.
S tier to say the least. He needs his own pedigree for sure.
Whoever is gonna inherit that collection is one lucky dude dudess
I'll take that "extra" Avengers 11 since its a double. 😁
RUMOR about the KISS comic is the blood actually accidently got used in another printing (Sports Illustrated) not the comic but they went ahead and released it as is

👏
Steve 2024

Great collection but no ASM or X-men, so not perfect, lol.
Someone should remind Steve he has to re-bag and board all those comics! 😁
Buy yourself another house
i talk sh!t, but this would be me without my wife to put a choke hold on my spending. After i get so old id sell and go on cruise ships all over the earth.
