Hey Anna, as a fellow Korean who lives abroad but has visited Korea several times, you are so on point. I remember holding the door open for others whenever the opportunity arose, and in the three weeks I was there got one "thank you" from the recipient of my courtesy. Had me shaking my head. Anna, in this particular video I noticed you use the f word quite casually. Honest curiosity, is that a U.K. thing? Is that the norm for regular speech amongst young people there? Thanks for the input.
Hey there, Italian girl here! xD We DEFINITELY do NOT have our gorgonzola pizza dipped in honey, that really does sound like an atrocity to me 😅 It's true that in some places you can find sweet pizzas, but even then, dipping them into anything is really strange even just to imagine xD We do enjoy eating some types of cheeses with honey, but never pizza...NEVER! 🤣
We don't usually mix sweet AND salty on pizza: many pizzerias refuse to use even just pineapple and some very, very, very traditional restaurants only have two types of pizza, marinara and margherita. Sometimes we use pizza as a dessert garnished with hazelnut cream, custard or jam and powdered sugar (just bread absolutely no cheese and no tomato) but it's an exception. Then the base of the pizza is quite neutral so it lends to many experiments and everyone creates their own variations both in restaurants and at home: surely some restaurants will have a "mascarpone / honey / walnut" type pizza maybe without tomatoes ... 🤔 I know what to try next time I'll make pizza thank you 😏
What Anna said about the depressingly grey and rainy winter weather in Europe is so true. I am from Germany and this winter we got a few hours of sunshine maybe once a week or every ten days. 😣 I can't wait for the grey to go away and for spring to come! And no, pizza in honey is NOT how Italian's do it, only in Korea. Anna is correct on that one. 😁
@Hana☆ This cloudy, rainy weather seems to be more prevalent in North-West Europe, as in the UK and Germany. Glad you have better winter weather where you are living. 😀
yeah that's true a lot of the time this has been the case for me but didn't realize it till anna pointed it out now, also haha I could get down with trying honey on pizza 😅😅 doesn't sound half as bad
As someone living in London, the renting nightmare and the waiting time to see a GP is 100% true...Even the process of finding a decent place to live, whenever you feel like moving out, it’s a joke..Apart from that, London never makes you feel like you’re an outsider because of the diversity

Omg Korean’s love for sweet stuff… 😭 when I was living in Seoul, I was really missing real bread and salty pastries. So once when I walked into a bakery and saw a sausage pastry, I immediately bought at least 4 of them. Can you imagine my face when I bit into one and tasted SUGAR 😭 sugar on top of sausages 😭 awful
I watched this while I was in the library, to take a break from studying, and it was a big mistake cause I could barely control my laughter🤣 esp at the pizza debate!! Ahhh but thanks for making me laugh (internally) ... Good break 🤣
About that hugging thing and I live in NYC. Growing up here, I remember us Koreans weren't into hugging either. So I would feel very weird if any Koreans would come up to me for hugs, but I have no problem hugging others who aren't Koreans. Hugging should be a "mandatory" thing in our world - we need to spread love so our kids won't grow up wanting to start wars like Putin.
Hi Anna, I’m a Korean Canadian who lived in London for 7 years during my 20s and you are spot on with your London assessments. I came from a larger Canadian city and I found living in London at first quite different and took me awhile to adjust.
i'm american and it's true that it's not uncommon to drink iced coffee here but honesty i don't think anything in the world compares to korea's love for iced americanos hahah. it was suchhh a culture shock when i first learned about it! and omg the weverse shipping
I definitely know what seasonal depression is like. I am from the UK, and I actually wish that there was snow or frost or anything. Instead it is just grey and mild for like 97 per cent of the winter
I live in Portugal and the weather is fantastic even during the winter. We have around 300 sunny days a year. You are all welcome to visit ang get some vitamin d. Also the food...
Hi Anna, You guys are so funny. Health care sounds so good in Korea. I really like small walk-in clinics in the states. It’s fast and cheap. But they are disappearing here. And low crime rates in Korea is great. Pizza should be savory (and pineapples on pizza is worst than cucumbers on the pizza.) And rent every is expensive. Thanks for this funny video.
The reason free healthcare resources in the UK are so overextended is bc the government doesn't put a high percentage of UK citizen's taxes into the NHS.
omgg Anna's voice is like a mixture of bp's rosie and jisoo voice, her deep voice and london accent( i know rosie has an aussie accent) gives me that vibe
Lol I’m from the uk and get the opening doors for people if someone shut the door and I was right behind them I’d shout door yes thanks rolls eyes at them lol
OMG!! I am cracking up!! You two are hilarious!!! Honestly i don’t think it’s traditional to eat Gorgonzola with honey but it is delicious and Anna, your PTSD!! The bikes the mice! I cannot even imagine leaving anything anywhere here in Ohio and being able to go back and find it!! NOPE definitely not! You two are awesome!!
Omg I used to live in Ohio. And agreed, can't leave anything out and expect to find it later. And heck, I was careful with where I went by myself especially at night. I lived in the Columbus area so depending on where I was it could be safe but one wrong turn and I'm in a bad area of town 😮
I mean London is the most expensive city in England, Come to other places in Yorkshire like Sheffield, or Leeds or Bradford, I can say Sheffield is lot cheaper than London and also more greenery, there is also really good boarding schools, colleges and unis in Yorkshire. Manchester is another option.
I really wanna settle down in Seoul and I am planning and getting things done. It's obviously gonna take more time as I need a good job as well to like get the visa and move in but I really want to and I wish I could meet you when I get there.... You are really amazing and it was really informative video and I honestly feel like there are a lot of similarities between Korea and India...not sure how to explain but I will do when I get there.... Love you Anna and will be waiting for the next video
When Kelsey was saying how cute mice are my body was shaking in fear! My ptsd skyrocketed to the max. Sadly American has them too. So South Korean doesn’t have that problem uhh? Good for you ! 😉👍
Always love watching you two together and apart. Also love you both with David and Dany from DDKtv. Pineapple on pizza with Ham is delicious. It's called a Hawaiian Pizza. The salty and sweet together is good. The pineapple is not super sweet and it's cut very, very small and thin like the ham. I thought it would be awful and said I could not imagine eating that but my boss ordered a Hawaiian Pizza about 15 years ago and i loved it. The mouse thing would freak me out to. The thought of mice give me PTSD to so does the thought of cockroaches. I lived an an very, very old like building built in probably the 1940s in New York about 30 years ago and had to leave when the mice started to invade. I tried to pull up my big girl pants and stick it out, i last 3 months with glue traps, and mice moaning in the trap, and on top of that the ceiling fell in near the bathroom entrance and a whole bunch of dead black cockroaches or water bugs came down with the ceiling. I packed up my 2 kids and went back home to live with my mom for a while. I have never lived in a place again that had mice or cockroaches. Rents are expensive here in NY but luckily i had pretty decent job and could afford to live a more modern nicer place. Anna i totally co-sign everything you say about mice. I know hugging is not a thing in Asian culture but a friendly hug or even a good hug when you are sad from a friend or family member is healthy mentally. I believe there was a steady about this somewhere. I love to embrace my friends and relatives especially when i haven't seen them for some time, and a friendly embrace from a big strong man or robust man, what i call a bear hug can feel so comforting. I know if i run into an old girlfriend or coworker who i haven't seen in a while we hug and do the happy dance but with covid we have been just doing the Obama fist bump or bumping elbows as a part of the greeting rather than the usual embrace. Thanks for the fun video you guys are always so funny and informative and Kesley has no filter, Anna doesn't either but because lived in England her shadiness seems a little more proper, something about the accent even makes shade sound high class. LOL

I can't even try to imagine paying so much for strawberries. Here (somewhere in canada) when they are in season they average: 12 Liters for 40$ (roughly 225 strawberries) and during off season for the same variety they come from south of France at 6 Liters for 115$ (so 112 units). But you can find us kinds but very tasteless to say the least
Omg I can’t, you had such a bad deal in London you could have gotten a better place with no mice 😱 as a Londoner I’m so sorry that was your experience!!!!
Hi Anna, just like to add - there's humane mouse traps. Dab a little peanut butter inside the trap. And once caught, release them in a field or park. Pretty easy to do !
LOL about all your laser hair removal stuff. Korea really must have advanced tech in all that or something. Here in Midwest, USA, I got a bundle package of laser(not IPL) and supposedly saved money and they don't sell individual sessions as it takes their standard 16 treatments, over the course of 18 months to usually rid someone fully of hair. I got full brazilian(which they do the front and buttcrack as well if you want included in price) and armpits and paid $3200 usd and this is at a national "medical spa" chain with "the latest tech". There is NO cream or anything they give you. It hurts like a b*tch each blast on more tender parts(for me the thigh side areas of the brazillian and meatier areas didn't hurt and felt like air puffs but up the crack or on bonier parts...yikes!!!). I've even had burns after some sessions that looked like extreme sunburn that took a week to heal. They put aloe vera gel on after and that's it for discomfort or pain management. It took 18 sessions is what the price is for and I still have hair regrowth a bit in spots so will have to pay for a few follow-up sessions(they only sell individual sessions if you've already undergone the whole removal and these are just touch-up sessions) to fully get rid of it if i want, which sucks because I was a good candidate for the laser( I have thick dark hair and fair skin tone) and thought and hoped the 18 sessions would be enough and I wouldn't have to pay more. Anyways, overall it sounds much nicer in Korea lol.
Italians do not put honey on pizza, I’ve visited Italy many times, the food is delicious but adding extra sugar and honey is not a thing. Are diabetes rates rising in Korea?
London has 20 million visitors every year. The NHS is overwhelmed. The British need to privatise their healthcare, before it collapses. If service is free, many people will use it. Plus Korea doesn’t have large immigration like the UK, London in particular.
I'm from South Africa and mixing something salty and sweet is kinda weird to us 😭😂😂if you eat something salty just eat it...and if you eat something sweet it should be sweet and nothing more😂😂
Hi! love you two. Oh the mouse sticky tape is what we use. we just carry it outside 2 blocks away and we let the mice loose by pouring cooking oild on them till the mouse get unstuck. The stray cats wont be so hungry. the circle of life and we dont have to kill the mouse.
the pizza with gorgonzola and honey is used in Italy and is an excellent combination, there is also the variant with always the gorgonzola honey and walnuts if you go to Italy try it which is very good !! I would like to make a correction the climate is not usually gray in Europe, but it is a UK characteristic !! in Italy, France, Spain Portugal, Greece the climate is very nice! A hug from Italy !!!
I love that you say 1154 is horrendous haha. I wanna move to Toronto, Canada and a studio in the city is almost 2000. Honestly, also wish we had Korean prices here
I live in UK for 2 years , i really loved there and i had the freedom there, but when i came to SL , I just got alot depression states 💜🥺✌but i really love my country , but the thing is there is a huge difference in the life pattern in UK which is soo good, Don't you agree unnie? 🥺💜😊By the I'm Evandi , i hope u remember me
The gorgonzola pizza in honey sounds fucking horrifying. The pizza with French fries doesn't sound too bad, I'd be more willing to try it if it didn't have sugary crap on it.
Oink Oink... Your Smile... SO dazzling... I love your Smile... so Contagious to Smile Back even though YOU may not see my Smile... but YOUR smile makes me smile because it makes YOU even More beautiful Than ever.. So pretty Pretty hae... @3:43, That’s incorrect demonologist aren’t for “super rich people in the uk”. Dermotology is under the NHS - however, cosmetic or private demonologist will obviously be expensive. Also, you can compare clinics to hospitals. The UK doesn’t really have clinics, unlike Japan or Korea.
Europe is not grey and rainy. Only few countrys are. Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal are in Europe and are so sunny. About pizza with honney, my italian husband is horrified hearing this. Even pineapple on pizza is not a thing in Italy.
omg i just remembered i bought garlic bread in jeju and it tasted like it was dipped in sugar, i was super tired when i ate it so i thought i was hallucinating
Thank you to Kelsey for being so fun 😆

Thank you for clarifying! 😆

둘다 귀여워요 !!!!!!!!
Hi Anna, just like to add - there's humane mouse traps. Dab a little peanut butter inside the trap. And once caught, release them in a field or park. Pretty easy to do !
@12:17, I agree - pizza is a savoury snack. 😂
This was so funny omg
I think I have to go for more sessions too so you’re not alone! But no cream..😳 I slathered that stuff all over my cookie lol
Italians do not put honey on pizza, I’ve visited Italy many times, the food is delicious but adding extra sugar and honey is not a thing. Are diabetes rates rising in Korea?
Anna you are so strong living in Uk alone 🥺🥺
10 DOLLARS??? 😳 Omg why is no one talking about this. Laser is so expensive everywhere else. I can’t believe it WOW
the pizza with gorgonzola and honey is used in Italy and is an excellent combination, there is also the variant with always the gorgonzola honey and walnuts if you go to Italy try it which is very good !! I would like to make a correction the climate is not usually gray in Europe, but it is a UK characteristic !! in Italy, France, Spain Portugal, Greece the climate is very nice! A hug from Italy !!!
Gorgonzola pizza with honey am i right guys??😋😋😋😋😋
Next time I think we should try the honey potato pizza on camera…😆
언니 안녕 ♡
This was a really interesting video.
Omg this ptsd from mice is real haha my first apartment in nyc had a mouse and I’m still traumatized by it 4 years later
I heard NYC is bad too….I saw them in the subway 😖
@@anna.lee_jy yeah they’re so bad here. It’s the worst thing about the city
🥺💜😊By the I'm Evandi , i hope u remember me
As someone who cant stand the thought of mouse, the last part was graphic to me haha yes to roaches and no to rats
You DO NOT dip gorgonzola cheese pizza in honey.
Italian do dip gorgonzola cheese in honey
Thanks
the cheese pizza dipped in honey or drizzled in honey is an Arab thing. lol. you guys are hilarious. make more videos. love you guys.
As a indian who went to Korea for one month, listening to fruit prices shocked me.... made me wonder like am I buying gold here
whaaaat??? i didnt know those kinds of pizzas even existed T-T
I’m Italian and no we don’t dip gorgonzola pizza in honey
The gorgonzola pizza in honey sounds fucking horrifying. The pizza with French fries doesn't sound too bad, I'd be more willing to try it if it didn't have sugary crap on it.
I love you guys you two always make my day ❤
I am also very afraid of mice and I also stop them from entering my room by stuffing clothes in the gap under the door of my room. 😂
Oink Oink... Your Smile... SO dazzling... I love your Smile... so Contagious to Smile Back even though YOU may not see my Smile... but YOUR smile makes me smile because it makes YOU even More beautiful Than ever.. So pretty Pretty hae... So beautiful.. keep on smiling and shining.. Keep on being YOU which makes you unique as a BEAUTIFUL FLOWER.. Oink Oink..
Thankyou for making this video Anna and Kelsey. I love the vidos where you are together and keep it real!
Europe is not grey and rainy. Only few countrys are. Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal are in Europe and are so sunny. About pizza with honney, my italian husband is horrified hearing this. Even pineapple on pizza is not a thing in Italy.
I love the videos of you two together! I feel like I’m in a pyjama party with my girlfriends TwT it feels so natural I wanna be friends 👉🏼👈🏼
Hello Unnie !!!!!!
💜 U
omg i just remembered i bought garlic bread in jeju and it tasted like it was dipped in sugar, i was super tired when i ate it so i thought i was hallucinating
I don't think it's Italian, but that is creative and good!
You are so lucky. Where I live, the cheapest laser session will go for $100, a full cookie treatment about $1000
Come to Oregon, you'll love the nature
