willpower is probably to get haki quicker i think through battles it could be earned and u have less training with more willpower and if there is a system where if ur lower hp ur slower and when ur too low u crawl then maybe u stay up for longer but really tho i really wanted there to be no stat cap and not weapons and fruits coming with just the abilities and no customization

I think it will have the same overall effect though. If hackers develop a script to auto do a task and depend on rng, they will still get the item far more often then regular players simply due to how many times they can complete the quest. So what ends up happening is that exploiters will still get items more frequently that regular players, however it may seem less impactful because due to rng, less copies of said item actually exists. So it may not help us as much as we may think.
