You can use weaken from , but it's little different. In case with enemies nust hit you, while in case with you need to hit them

With high Crit Rate yes, but if your Crit Rate is low, I would wait for more tests

Nor AF will be worse than Void Necklace, plus the problem with is Crit Rate. All depends on what you have, in perspective is better

The +25% damage to weakened enemies doesn't really work. 171k is only 12% more than 153k.
It was tested before officail release when it was 10%, not 25%. From the latest tests it's 25%
