Amazing video!
Thanks chris
Very cool. I like urban exploring! Thanks for sharing 👍
Yeah it’s a lot of fun, will get back to the LS based content soon but have a few more videos like this from our vacation to share too.
@@LowbuckLS heck yeah. I'm not complaining 👍
Me and my friend are heading down to Nordegg next month, but wondering what would be the best way to explore without gaining attention? This trip has been on my bucket list for a few years now
When I made this video the mine site tours were shut down due to Covid so we just walked past the gates and did a “self guided” tour but we took care not to disturb or take anything. According to this website, the tours have resumed, so that’s probably the best bet: davidthompsoncountry.ca/listings/brazeau-collieries-historic-mine-site/ I’d actually like to take the guided tour myself now that it’s operating again.
My buddy went to this mine 2 days ago and claimed he touched a piece if coal and blacked out for about 12 hours. Said he didn't even know he faintest first, said he thought he was in hell for all 12 hours. Have you heard of anything else strange about this mine? I want to look more into it
Were you able to get permission to explore? Or just went up anyway? I used to live up near there and wanted to explore more but there were no trespassing signs everywhere
You sure don't know much about Nordegg. As someone who was born there your little tour is a disappointment.
