That is a bug in the gyro data for rocksteady or gyroflow. I have seen the same thing in the Avata 2 prerelease firmware, they did get it fixed for release though. This should be an easy fix for DJI, but in the meantime you should try Gyroflow and enable the LowPass Filter on the left side of the window (under file information) and leave it at 50hz. Tell me if that works!
@@BrandonBeans thanks that’s good to know. Firmware was up to date and this was flown on Friday but maybe they need to do some more work to iron it out. I only observed it in low light during that flight. My Neo is currently on its way back for replacement as I drowned it the next day but will be testing more extensively when I get it back. Generally prefer gyroflow quality anyway
OIS stutter caused by the gimbal trying to keep horizon level while OIS gets confused I suspect. Had the same thing occur with my Neo filming in strong crosswind while flying forward. Drone was tilted due to wind while gimbal attempted to keep horizon level in forward flight.
@@dronewilder5234 yeah must be. I instantly recognized those boats out of water. Does that happen at a certain time of year? No water there? Makes for cool shots though.
@@StrillLife it’s simply low tide linked to the moons gravity. This happens twice a day. Due to this the fishing boats have to time when they can leave the harbour.

@@stanteacher943 hi yes I used goggles for this - thanks for the comment! I can do a tutorial - what aspects would you be most interested in- completely starting into this or special considerations for this small light drone?
@@dronewilder5234 Thanks for replying! I had the mavic mini, and I crashed it into a tree while doing a dronie 😭 As the neo is so cheap, I'm considering getting it but I don't want to have a crash again lol so a tutorial from someone who knows how to fly a drone professionally would be great
@@stanteacher943 well the good news is that so far the Neo seems extremely durable so your biggest worry would be ensuring you can retrieve it after a crash. I’ll try and put something together in the next week ish.
Hey, can you please guide me as per should I buy the drone only combo? Is the footage worth it ? Or should I save my money to get a mini? Which will be the best investment for the time being for me ?
@@ka_shh which mini would you be looking to get. Also depends on what you would like to do with it. If it’s for fun, vlogging and capturing family/travel moments - the Neo is a good choice but for still and video quality most of the mini drones will give you better results.
@@dronewilder5234 well the one I actually wanna get is the mini 3 or the 4 pro because I am interested in those high altitude shots of landscapes and cities but it is a bit too expensive for me at the moment considering the price almost gets 50 percent more than actual price in my country due to import duty and stuff. So I was thinking that neo could act like a mid point in fulfilling my desire for the time being by being able to let me fly it indoors and a bit of out doors now at a fair price or else I would have to wait half or a full year before getting a mini, confused because I don't want it to be literal toy lol because that will waste my money.
@@ka_shh the mini3 and 4 pro do produce fantastic images - good enough even to sell but like you say it’s more money. One plus point is that I think (?) the nc3 controller included with the Neo flymore is compatible with the mini 4 so further down the line you might be able to save some money by buying the drone only. Or buy the Neo drone only and batteries and invest in the DJI RC2 which is definitely compatible with both Neo and mini3/4. Lots of options here for you. One thing I can guarantee is the Neo in my view isn’t disappointing. Choose a well lit part of the day and some creative flying and the footage won’t be bad at all
@@dronewilder5234 Yea you have actually got me thinking about the possibilities.
