I'm a survivor of childhood abuse, sexual abuse and gang rape by the age of 11. I was on a road to self mutilation, self destruction. I was on drugs and in and out of jail/prison. But I've always felt God's hand on me and pushing me back to him. Today, I've been clean 10 in a half years and I'm trying to get closer with God and still have a ways to go. I am now feeling all my pains and always covered my pain with anger. I'm trying really hard to find my inner peace. I listen to this and it calms me and I have a dream to help others to heal who are like I was. I pray that one day I will be an inspiration to someone else. I've barely started listening to these things and finding out that the world exists on frequencies like everything and everyone in it. I pray that these frequencies help me to heal. I want to remember my life. Remembering is what makes you, you. To forget is to not live. Mind does a disservice in removing even the most traumatic of memories. Without the bad there is no good. It teaches empathy and love. Life is about experience. This is why I am here. The good and the bad. Alzheimer's starts at 35 and gets progressive. I'm doing therapy, exercise, supplements, and now this.
I hope I get better. I doubt this will work, but there have been cases where belief is all it takes for the body to get better. Wish me luck.

I’ve tried listening to many different frequencies which don’t really seem to make any difference but this one that I always rest on, I listen to with earplugs just before bedtime and Fall asleep to it. It truly works for me. I have heart palpitations, high blood pressure and can’t consume coffee at all. As soon as I consume coffee, the palpitations go crazy, also suffer from shoulder pains and lower back pains for years. After listening to this track for several weeks the pains are almost gone and my palpitations have stopped altogether. I’ve started consuming coffee now after a holiday trip where one of the main attractions was a coffee factory, I was so afraid but thought I would just try. The coffee was too good and I ended up purchasing several bricks. Note that I live totally free of medications and health supplements. Lately, I’ve been consuming the coffee I purchased and have absolutely no palpitations at all, even up to 3 glasses a day. I sleep very well at night and am pretty relaxed. Only one thing I must share, when I’m angry or upset and try to listen to this, instead of calming me it amplifies the negativity. So, that’s me. I only listen to this when I’m totally relaxed about to sleep and it amplify my healing as it should, its still doing its magic to my body, I positively hope it heals you from all sickness and diseases physically, spiritually and mentally and restores you with life abundance, as you listen to this your body does its work to self repair. Live well and healthy my friends.

This is very calming. Thank you for this. I have been having some health and anxiety issues since August and just can't get to feeling better. I just don't feel right. I want to cry to get out whatever is inside that needs to come out but I just can't cry. I've just about given up but I have to be strong for my mother and my sister.
