Just bought this model on Black Friday discount!
$1,399 TOTAL! Arrived right when they said. A well made bike...I'm a lifelong motorcyclist with 6 motorcycles in my ranch shop. Old and retired, but busy on my rural mountains ranch.
The Toe Plus arrived 3 weeks ago, but just unboxed it a couple days ago. I'd been checking out E-bikes since April...finally jumped on this deal. Perfect for my area. Now to work on a sensible regen system to save braking on the very steep downgrades while generating power to help with the steep uphills 🙄.
I'm 900ft above the lake/river below me. Also 9 miles to the nearest shopping area. I 'm on solar power here, so I intend to engineer a straight DC charger for the battery. Time to up my game for the 21st century. Real tired of working on ICE engines after 5+ decades of running on dinosaur poop.😂🤫
Wow. Thanks for sharing. I'm glad you like the Tor Plus, and are getting good use of it.
Thank you for taking the time to make this detailed video about this product. Very well done.
You're welcome! I'm glad you liked it
Great video. We are neighbors. Been a while since I've been in that part of the Bay. Good to see a video from someone in Norcal.
Thanks. Which part of the bay are you in? I'm by SFO.
Excellent complete review.
Thanks. I appreciate the feedback!
Very nice review.
Thanks Lonnie!
very nice review and quality bike
Thanks Suni!
Thanks for the excellent review! I have been looking at Mokwheel for a while now. Did they give you a discount code for your viewers to use?
Hello Barry, I previously had a $100 off code, but it seems that they removed the affiliate program... Checking their site today there's a few codes available.

i need one of thes so bad man im 460 pounds and it would be nice to get back to cycling with my friends but at some point i just got fat and cant keep up anymore
Love that you rode the bike swiftly uphill and around city streets. I'm very petite 5'4 and I can't make up my mind which bike I want. Which do u find better the buy: BeeCool (Explorer or Pathfinder Step thru w/dual hydraulic brake suspension), Himingway cruiser or the a Mokwheek Thor, Mesa Plus ST?
Hello, I'm not too familiar with the other bikes besides the Mokwheel Tor. They all seem comparable in specs, but it does seem like the Himingway is the cheapest right now. I'd suggest getting a step thru frame if you're concerned about the height of the top tube. Between the BeeCool Pathfinder Step and Mokwheel Mesa Plus ST the Mokwheel is cheaper at the moment. I hope this helps.
Just got my Tor yesterday great review! How much PSI I should put on the tires, I’ll ride this bike on street and asphalt paths? Thanks.
Hello Luiggi, I would check the side of the tire for the min and max pressure, and lean on the higher side if you're riding on smooth surfaces. I hope this helps. I don't have the bike in front of me, but it's typically 45-65psi.
Are the brake levers made out of aluminum or plastic? Great video and review. Thank you
Hello Michael, I believe they were aluminum alloy. They did not feel cheap like plastic. Thanks for the question.
Do you recommend this bike for climbing mountain trails? We live close to a 4K foot mountain and looking for a capable e bike for this purpose.
Hello John, it depends. How intense is the trail? If it's relatively smooth and semi steep then yes. If there's a lot of rocks, jumps and steep descents then you may want to look for a dedicated mountain bike and add a motor like the Bafang kits. The suspension and brakes on this bike are good, but not the best for intense mountain biking.
Great review man. Just one question, what is that air pump that you are using ?
Thanks. It's the Milwaukee M12 Compact Inflator amzn.to/3C1CQTA
@@ColinLeung Thanks for replying, definitely getting a subscriber. Just one more question, what is that black platform/ rack that you have holding your bike up?
@@avidfleeboy92 It's a bike repair stand. Something like this amzn.to/3T8Kv8B
just got thee uplander.we have alot hills in san diego.i weigh 300lbs looks like the right fit
Nice! How do you like it so far?
Yeah I’m 300 too, is it a good bike ?
@@avidfleeboy92 I like it. It's actually the only ebike that I've received so far that I plan to keep due to the build quality and stability. It's not the quickest because of the weight compared to a regular mountain bike with a motor kit.
