Nice, That was my very first car used of course as I was just 16 and my mother made me buy it. I did not know how to drive stick shift so she taught me. I was learning to fly single engine airplanes at 14 and soloed on my 16th birthday, so I guess she figured I could handle it and it was white as well. Loved it, drove it, traded it for a 1965 Mustang rag top white on white with black interior.😎

I guess it’s the wrong engine because I thought SS did not come with a 283
You could get a 6 cyl in it if you ordered it that way. SS was an interior package.
