About Subnautica Below Zero:
Below Zero is the follow up game to Subnautica and is set a year after the events of the original game. This time the main Character, Robin Godall is searching for her sister who was declared dead after working for Alterra on Planet4546b.
Below Zero features new enemies, leviathans like the Shadow Leviathan or Chelicerate, vehicles like the Sea Truck, buildables like large rooms and jukeboxes and much more! More parts of the game are now set on the icy landscape of the pole of Planet4546b, but not even here are you safe from the massive Ice Worms and freezing temperatures.
Later in the story, an Architect called Al-An will be introduced and will require the players help to survive and carry on the Precursor's legacy.Some new creatures are: The Snowstalker, the Glow Whale, the Chelicerate, Ice Worms, Alien Penguins, Rockpunchers, the Shadow Leviathan and more.The Kharaa Bacterium also seems to make a return.

2:47 Well, actually, the blackbox data records in the Aurora say that there were 25 live pods, and that they were launched successfully. My guess is that the rest 15 of them could probably end up falling into the void

Actually It is mentioned that one of the bays of escape pods was actually impacted by the containment structure, so probably some of the escape pods were actually even destroyed before launch.

The way you started your video made nostalgia hit me like a train. I remember first finding out about subnautica. I saw the German RUclipsr Zombey play it. It was a real early version. I bought the game back when we still had terraforming. The removal of which made one of my bases unusable. Only OGs remember when placing base parts would make room for you by terraforming.

I personally think the sandworm could have been a cool addition to the Crag Fields, Sparse Reef, and Dunes, and the rock puncher could have been in the Mountains, Crag Fields, and Sea Treader's Path.
Is it just me, or do the old Sea Emperor Sounds kind of sound like she's saying "They never came back?"

I have a small, ever-burning fire on the surface about 100 metres from my lifepod for some reason!

3:40 this is caused by a loss of precision with floating point numbers (decimals basically) as you approach higher values. These numbers are used internally to represent vertex positions (corners of polygons). So a loss in precision would cause glitchiness.

If you read crew logs I don’t quite remember witch one it says that 25 life pods were launched, and if only 9 are findable it most likely means the rest sunk into the dead zone

Another actually interesting fact is you can find the vent that the peepers are sucked into. It's kinda funny to see them get sucked in!

“Even though there is up to life pod 19 only 9 can be found” what happened to the others either just didn’t eject or deep dark place/Void
1-25 ejected, the rest probably fell into the void
My question is, why is the player's lifepod the only one that seemingly activated and floated? All those that prolly fell into the void must've had their floatation devices fail, which must've been terrifying for their inhabitants, as soon everything is dark and as their lifepod begins to crush, they hear the distant sounds of Ghost Leviathans or other deadly beasts.
I don't know if it still exists, but there was this glitch that caused music that only played in the Lost River to play in the Grand Reef.
I'd love to see a third game with no story and more sandbox qualities called subnautica open water or something
Subnautica: Open Ocean. Now with Leviathans that are 25% deadlier, 3000% bigger, and 10000% scarier!

I don’t have glitches peepers but I do have some glitches fire on my save. Yeah just some fire floating on the water I know game physics aren’t supposed to make sense but this takes it to a whole new level.

I think there was mention of only half the lifepods launching. And I think that, any other lifepods that did launch probably landed in the void and got snapped up by ghosts

I had a glitch where there was fire in the middle of the ocean nowhere near the aroua
According to a document found on the aurora all of the lifepods deployed, more than likely burned up from being deployed too high (Like life pod 13), and now youre using them to make your cyclops
the last one of the warper sounds kinda sounds like "ich rede mit dem mond" which is german for "i talk with the moon"
I miss having my cyclops flood and then get weighed down by the water
I also had a glitch where there was fire on water and it still bruned
You can sorta softlock yourself in a way with 2 moonpools. Although you can easily escape by dying or using the console commands.
I wonder the reason the sea emperor sounds like the warpers because they were tested on and was trying to learn their language
I once found a floating burning piece of the aurora in the starter biome... hmmmmm
Useless fact that happened to me in Subnautica - I saw fire in the water, and nothing was causing the flames and I couldn't put it out, I had to leave my save, and restart the game in order for it to go away
I once found a fully functional aquarium floating on the top the the water. It literally appeared when the world was generated. This game is odd.
I wonder why the bloom plankton wasn't added. I think probably because it doesn't really have an area it could fit into.
Basically in every world that I create in subnautica has a small fire floating in the air
