The whole point of the heist was to screw around in the first place. Ramee and Randy both said if they do this heist they were going to get caught. So blaming Ramee for all of this isn't far. Someone was certain to get caught. If Charles and hutch wanted to get away Scott free, why did they agree to doing this plan in the first place. They themselves knew the risks to it.

Although, the crims should be able to buy an automatic rifle on a black market or something for an extremely high price (like 200k, not including bullets/mags). That way there could essentially be a "squad automatic weapon" role within the crew; the guy(s) with the rifle(s) would be the main shooter(s). Also, they should have prioritized headshotting the cops carrying the ARs first around when they did that hostage exchange, and kill the officers they know are higher leadership

What’s that have to do with anything? They show up in full force for almost any situation. All I’m saying is that it sucks that to rob a bank you’re only allowed 4 people, but the cops are allowed to respond with how ever many people they’d like. They already get the most powerful weapons and body armor for free along with the luxury of being able to switch out with other cops to get their cars repaired if they crash in a pursuit. The odds are already heavily stacked in their favor why should they be allowed to have 6+ people as well.

From the looks of it, with that number in mind, cops outnumbered them 4:1. So what he was probably trying to say was, cops can pull the “oh shit” button and pull out ars when they clearly don’t have the skill to fight on an even playing field (“even”). Let’s not forget one of the cops already had an ar out at negotiation and killed randy with no in character knowledge of the situation regarding him.

If a bank robbery happens with hostages, and the robbers flee but come back and kill multiple cops in a shoot out, you will see the police force pulling the heaviest possible force to take those people down. Not only that but you will find the entire towns worth of police coming to deal with that situation in no time. Complaining about ARS being pulled when you are cop killing is mindless. If you mean ARs being pulled at the ORIGINAL bank negotiation they arent usually supposed to be pulled before shots are fired at cops. If you are talking about the ARs being pulled during the COP hostage situation, you are a fool to think ARs wouldnt be pulled on a COP being taken hostage AFTER cops have been killed. You have no idea how cop RP works.
