Nice video. Also uh I haven't played Rebirth yet lol just waiting for the PC version. Anyway, what I'd like to see is more sections like going to Jessie's house in Remake. Those real thoughtful additions that add a lot of depth. And... honestly? I want to see the story extend past where the original game ended. My own ~fan theory~ but I think there was meant to be a lot more to FF7 they basically always held back on and was a large impetus for this remake project.
I want the same things like you but if I have to choose other points, I would say (in no particular order) : - More variable environments : Day/Night Cycles, Thunderstorms, Tornadoes, Rain, Sandstorms, etc. Similar to Horizon Forbidden West - The Fusion Sword or something similar with a special mechanic where each part of the blade has different functions and you have you work for it, not just should it in a random chest or a seller. - Camping / bar / hotel / restaurant scenes a little bit like FFXV so that the characters take time to interact and so that we "spend time" with them if we want to - Seeing more NPCs traveling the world a bit like FFXV because while the towns were lively, the "open world" didn't really have a lot of NPCs trying to go from point A to B be, camping, exploring, hiking, fighting monsters, etc. - QTE implementation like FFXVI with battle cutscenes with sometimes no camera cuts. Random but I really love the first fight against the Ninja in FFXVI with Clive and Cid in the woods because of this. The ending fighting QTE-Mashing scene was engaging tbh Bonus : - Getting summons in the open world, not via Chadley - Maybe a roguelike mode like GoW Ragnarok DLC - Kingdom Heart characters in the Moogle house (LOL) - Epic fights with the Weapons (maybe vs Knight of the Rounds) - More background diversity during VR battles Naoki Hamaguchi said they we're cooking something special for the Highwind. I really hope whatever they do, it's something special, unique and that other devs would like to have for their games.
@@JoasXCloud Amazing points! Things like more NPC’s around the world and QTE implementation are things I love seeing in video games. I especially love the first point you made about variable environments and honestly I hope the future of FF looks at this as something to consider trying out. But yeah, my main thing is having the Highwind be a big part of gameplay and having the Wepon fights be these huge spectacle battles along the lines of something close to FFXVI. It makes me wonder just how big will this last part really be.
@@MoreLimitless_ I can't wait to play part 3 and I love seeing Hamaguchi talking about the franchise. I would love to see epic fights close to FFXVI too but I will lower my expectation like I did for Rebirth because it really got beyond my expectations like that.
Players could collect CDs with their Chocobo and toggle between the original and Remake arrangements. Missing a CD would default to the Remake’s soundtrack, encouraging exploration to complete the set. Once the original soundtrack is completed, you can play the entire game with the original soundtrack.
in my opinion, another absolute need for part 3 is more materia. In remake and rebirth, you only have 3 magnify and elemental materia in the game. OG ff7 had a system where if you master a materia, you obtain a duplicate of that materia.
Good point. I think there should absolutely be more elemental and magnify materia you can obtain in the last game, which would maximize builds. I also think on top of this, they should implement materia sets so we don't have to keep switching out stuff all of the time. lol
I would love to be able to switch characters on the fly even I can understand why you can’t cause you couldn’t in the original game but with remake trilogy all your characters are right there in the background during battle so it would make sense once you can control every party member and also I’d love to be able to fight ultimate weapon on the highwind like in the original game and the dessert and underwater battles with the other 2 weapons
I have a feeling that both of these will happens in some form or fashion. With the Highwind, I really have a feeling they will include it in gameplay, and I’m really holding out hope that that includes the weapon fights somehow.
@ I hope so cause I always enjoyed those fights and I also hope we get to fight sephiroths final form safer sephiroth since we fought bizzaro sephiroth in rebirth
Hey Limitless, awesome video btw! Where do you get your background music for your videos? Sometimes like in this one, I'll hear a new track but there's nowhere posted in the video or description of what it is
In Persona 5 you can only switch out party members towards the end of the game so it still felt like any other and I don't think you could at all in Persona 4 or even 3 Reload.
Yeah, I should have been more specific there. If i remember correctly, I’m pretty sure Persona 5 was the only one where you could switch mid battle, and in the Royal version, with a specific confidant, you could switch characters on Jokers turn.
What are top 5 things you really want to see in Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3?

Metaphor , Rebirth contender for GOTY has party members swapping
@@ValkMyda That's right. Its a great feature in Metaphor and it needs to be something Final Fantasy brings back to their games as well.
