  • Bulgarian Split Squat Guide: Glute focused vs. Quads Focused
    🤔Is a Bulgarian Split Squat a Glutes exercise or a Quads exercise ❓❓❓……. It’s both!!
    But, with some simple tweaks in your set up and intent we can make it a little bit more GLUTE FOCUSED…. Or we make it a little bit more QUADS FOCUSED
    Let me show you how!
    Also, the benefit of understanding these small tweaks can make training a lot more fun when you are limited on equipment
    An exercise like this can be done 1 day Glute focused and 1 day quads focused in the week. Same Bulgarian split squat name, but different intent each session! A cool way I like to program especially when clients are training at home!
