I still come back to this specific song after all these years, it's still one of the best soundtracks by one of the best artists out there, I wish I could listen to this for the first time again.
im legally blind, but I love how the clarity of your videos make it easy to play along lots of respect for you man just keep it up, all the games I grew up on in a mature musical orchestration unlocking the deeper potential in all these things never stop being awesome
Kirby 64 was my favorite N64 game back in the day, still is now, and this was the best cover of a collection of the songs from it i have seen in a while, great job!
I don't know if I've commented on this before. I love this! This is amazing for sure, bro. I would have quite liked to see Neo Star's cave theme on here, but otherwise, I have ZERO complaints. The harmonized part during the Rock Star section is amazing BTW.
I am extremely impressed with how your keeping up with your 'upload vids every tuesday' thing what you play is mostly what i wish i could YOUR FRIKKIN AWESOME!!
This is so goddamn amazing. I've always loved the Kirby 64 music. It feels so much like Kirby while still being different. Love the medley. Keep up the fantastic work.
jules is the reason i got an electric guitar for christmas in 8th grade, i played bass before then. this melody in particular was my favorite. i adored the game as a child, and i loved the high energy of the ost. jules' metal arrangement of it struck a chord within my angsty 14 year old heart.
I love this, man! Kirby 64 was one of my favorite N64 games. Would it be possible to learn/play the boss battle theme? It always thought it was the most epic out of the Kirby songs (aside from Meta-Knight's boss theme).
I don't know if you do requests but I'd love to see a cover of Miracle Matter =) and a deeper Zero Two one. God you did perfectly on that section...I want a full track X_X;
Yeah, I agree with this SO much. The Zero-Two part was REALLY well done... I wouldn't mind seeing a full version of that. Miracle Matter would also be quite nice. I feel like it would translate to this style VERY well.
Aww...you're so cute when you're rocking out to kirby. No but seriously, this game really had an awesome soundtrack, and listening to you play it makes me proud to have all of those really old N64 soundtracks on my ipod. Kudos to you and Casper for re-creating the songs we loved as kids and making them just as new and fun as the first time we played the games.
@dcaruana81 I agree, when I watched it back, the treble on the lead guitars are a bit irritating. I tried to get them to cut through the mix but I over did it. Sorry about that everyone. If you watch the video in a higher quality the trebles are a bit smoother. I guess that's what happens when you master at 3-4 in the morning. :0
This needs way more exposure because these songs totally validate why playing video games as a kid was beneficial :p I'm so in love with ALL of your arrangements
Wow, seriously, man. You're a fuckin' genious! This medley is pure genius. First of all, doing a kirby 64's medley is such a fuckin' great idea, because it's a pretty misunderstood and underrated game. But playing that Ripple Star music... I did not except that at all. Only a few people seems to appreciate this music to fair value. Thank you, man, thank you so much, and congratulations for this masterpiece.
@sc0rpi0n1990 I haven't played any Megaman games in length so the music hasn't really made an impression on me. Perhaps I'll play some a bit more and do a cover. :)
Really great work dude! I know there is so much job behind this medley. I have to say that the rhythm guitar sounds really awesome this time. And I can agree that the lead tone is a little bit to sharp, but that's nothing I think is irritating. Overall, fantastic job!
@FamilyJules7X yeah man, those are seriously the most ideal picks for playing. Awesome job on these songs though, especially Ripple Star. That's some tricky as hell bass/chord progression.
Wow, dude. Just wow. The 02 cover was so epic I watched it 4 times. This was a truly great medley of a fantastic game. Nostalgia trips FTW. I've been on such a Zelda and Pokemon high recently, but now all I want to do is play Kirby 64 again. I would love to see a remake or a sequel to this game on the 3DS. Although there is a new Kirby game coming out for Wii this year that is at least in the spirit of this game. I'm super excited for it.
Just got my Schecter Damien FR today, been lookin at it for awhile now and i've got to agree tht the feel of this guitar is just as great as it's looks and sound, one of the best guitars if not the best tht i've gotten to play.
@antiJhonasBrothers Not at the moment, I'm hoping to get 10 new N64 Medleys out, so I don't really have a lot of time to try out Pokemon black/white. My friend TheDelRe made a great guitar cover from it though. Check him out! :)
@silver102938 I don't use any drums from Mixcraft. I use EzDrummer to sequence the drum track. It's a lot better quality than the drums in Mixcraft. :)
I'm gonna go ahead and jump on the Banjo-Tooie bandwagon. That'd be friggin awesome. I'm hoping by, "One of my most requested games is next on the list!", that's what you mean. Either way I'm excited. I was also very happy to see you do this cover. I nostalgia'd pretty hard as well as rocked out pretty hard. As always rock on. \m/
Oh man... one of the best N64 games I owned way back when! I'm saddened that you left out the beach music, but I can forgive you based on... pretty much everything else you've uploaded.
Btw I totally agree with you about this game's music. To my point of view, Kirby's games contain some of the greatests themes ever composed, despire of their apparent simplicity.
Kirby's Return to Dreamland has some good songs, some are remixes of older tunes, like Kine's Dreamland 2 theme, and Kirby Super Star's Boss theme, Galacta Knight's theme. I think the themes are memorable enough
@4:20 that piano segment is absolute banger
When I saw the title of this, I immediately thought "This had better have the factory in..." then I clicked Show More and was satisfied.
The "Keyboard Pound" in this is awesome!
This is so awesome, this was my main N64 game back when I was young and it gave me nostalgia listening to this
LOVE this rendition of Rock Star
This was one of my favorite N64 games.
nostalgia.....excellent cover!! crying in joy in 3... 2.... 1....
Kirby 64 was my favorite N64 game back in the day, still is now, and this was the best cover of a collection of the songs from it i have seen in a while, great job!
Okay seriously, watching you play the bass part of Ripple Star just impresses the hell out of me.
An amazing tribute to one of the best games I have ever played! Rock on FamilyJules!
All your vids are nostalgia wrapped in an awesome cover.
I LOVE IT
I don't know if I've commented on this before. I love this! This is amazing for sure, bro. I would have quite liked to see Neo Star's cave theme on here, but otherwise, I have ZERO complaints.
The harmonized part during the Rock Star section is amazing BTW.
3:12 !!!!! Simplemente épico.
Factory Inspection 🤘🎶
Opino lo mismo. MOAR!
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOREVER FOR SOMEONE TO DO A COVER OF THE FACTORY THEME! AT LONG LAST! THAAANK YOU!!!
3:22 Oh yeah, Factory Investigation!
You rock man, seriously :)
You just played my childhood in my favorite music style.
the game and the medley are awesome!
I play in my N64 when I was a child :') so nostalgic
this was THE game I remember as a kid
thanks for doing this!
so awesome dude!!! I loved this game as a kid!!!! the pop star part gave me crazy chills ;) keep it up!!!
Heck yes, pretty much the best Factory Investigation and Ripple Star covers I've seen.
Zero Two's theme gave me chills, you killed it dude
I am extremely impressed with how your keeping up with your 'upload vids every tuesday' thing what you play is mostly what i wish i could
YOUR FRIKKIN AWESOME!!
Haha, awesome job once again man! I can imagine making such an epic and complex medley every week must be absolutely devastating...
This is so goddamn amazing. I've always loved the Kirby 64 music. It feels so much like Kirby while still being different.
Love the medley. Keep up the fantastic work.
You should redo this medley with your actual equipment! It's amazing!
Omg you are possibly one of the loveliest human beings on this planet.
Pleasantly surprised to see this medley. Well done
Love the ending. It fits the game's ending completely!
jules is the reason i got an electric guitar for christmas in 8th grade, i played bass before then. this melody in particular was my favorite. i adored the game as a child, and i loved the high energy of the ost. jules' metal arrangement of it struck a chord within my angsty 14 year old heart.
HOLY SHIT THIS IS AMAZING
YOU NEED TO DO THESE INDIVIDUALLY LIKE OH MY GOD.
I love how you pound the keyboard for Factory Inspection. のヮの
Thank you for this, your talent, hard work, and skills have helped make bad days into good ones. I love your work!
Best Kirby game EVER!
And the songs in this version are soooo COOL!!!
Excellent job, bro!!! Really makes me want to go back and redo my Kirby 64 Let's Play!!!
omg 4:23-4:34 that was so great
Even the beginning alone is worthy of a like. This is genuinely touching stuff before we even get the ride going.
the Factory Investigation part and Above the Clouds cover (other vid) never cease to amaze me, thanks for such masterpieces!
Love the key the keyboard pound sounds aggressive!
You just made a medley for possibly the most nostalgic game of my entire childhood....
Thank you. Thank you so much.
This was my life and you made it better :D
I love this, man! Kirby 64 was one of my favorite N64 games. Would it be possible to learn/play the boss battle theme? It always thought it was the most epic out of the Kirby songs (aside from Meta-Knight's boss theme).
@blazeburning You mean my keyboard? Yes, why do you ask?
@bigkonvict16 They're sequenced, soo I guess robots?
@Togdor16 I did. :) The second video I did has Gourmet Race.
I don't know if you do requests but I'd love to see a cover of Miracle Matter =) and a deeper Zero Two one. God you did perfectly on that section...I want a full track X_X;
Yeah, I agree with this SO much. The Zero-Two part was REALLY well done... I wouldn't mind seeing a full version of that.
Miracle Matter would also be quite nice. I feel like it would translate to this style VERY well.
*Quiet Forest plays*
Me: "Ah, this is too quiet, let me turn the volume up to 10-"
*Popstar plays*
Me: "Oh My God, my ears are going to explode soon!"
He did do it but it is on another channel
Haha, amazing album artwork for it!
This is amazing! Nobody else made a melody for this (at least, from what I know)
Amazing cover as always :D I absolutely loved this game!
@evolvingidiots I multitrack record using Mixcraft. You can do the same with programs like Garageband.
Aww...you're so cute when you're rocking out to kirby.

@Jdawg5195 I use 1 mm picks, sometimes heavier. In this video I use a 1.14 mm.
@AnderMcfander I don't use any actual amps. I use a Pod X3 to get the tones. :)
Wow, seriously, man. You're a fuckin' genious! This medley is pure genius. First of all, doing a kirby 64's medley is such a fuckin' great idea, because it's a pretty misunderstood and underrated game. But playing that Ripple Star music... I did not except that at all. I fucking love you man! Don't stop playing bro!
@dcaruana81 I master on speakers and headphones until I like the sound out of both, then I usually listen to it on car speakers or something.
Excellent cover of these songs. I particularly enjoyed "Ripple Star" the most.
Man i can't believe that for all the effort you put on this and the outstanding resulting quality, the video only has 6k views.
FAVORITE KIRBY GAME IF THEY REMAKE THIS YOU NEED TO BEG TO MAKE THE SOUNDTRACK
Really great work dude! I know there is so much job behind this medley. I have to say that the rhythm guitar sounds really awesome this time. And I can agree that the lead tone is a little bit to sharp, but that's nothing I think is irritating. Overall, fantastic job!
i fell in love with this, man..seriously. Factory investigation rocked my world...keep up the good work! :)
@FamilyJules7X yeah man, those are seriously the most ideal picks for playing. Awesome job on these songs though, especially Ripple Star. That's some tricky as hell bass/chord progression.

@MusicalAbsinthe Yeah I really love the sound of it. It was actually the feel of the guitar that sold it on me?
@ssbmfan4 Unfortunately no, it's all by ear and I didn't have time to make a guitar pro file.
@lurils Yup. :)
@CheeseMclevitz Got some new Rotosound strings. They sound pretty good on my bass. :D
The little piano bits are the cutest.
Just got my Schecter Damien FR today, been lookin at it for awhile now and i've got to agree tht the feel of this guitar is just as great as it's looks and sound, one of the best guitars if not the best tht i've gotten to play.

You are the manliest specimen on this planet, and let no one ever tell you otherwise.
This channel is the best thing that i've seen. Kirby 64 FTW!!
I'm gonna go ahead and jump on the Banjo-Tooie bandwagon. That'd be friggin awesome. I'm hoping by, "One of my most requested games is next on the list!", that's what you mean. @chrisfecci Indeed they are, I really like heavy picks. :)
@sc0rpi0n1990 New kind of strings. :)
Checking this out again cause I vaguely remembered the SICK bass playing in Ripple Star. Now to slow it down to 1/10 speed to learn.
@Kingpin0072001uk Why yes, yes I do. :D
When i watch this the BIGGEST smile appears on my face and my eyes start watering
Oh man... one of the best N64 games I owned way back when! I'm saddened that you left out the beach music, but I can forgive you based on... pretty much everything else you've uploaded.
Would you ever do a full version of the Factory theme? That was amazing!
It was all amazing!
Btw I totally agree with you about this game's music. To my point of view, Kirby's games contain some of the greatests themes ever composed, despire of their apparent simplicity.
a kirby air ride medly would be cool :3
kep it up man, awesome coverz!
YES! So happy you made this :)
2nd game I owned after DK64 and Super Smash. Brings back the memories.
I really like this, man! I especially your amazing technique at 4:24. That must've taken hours to practice. :P
favorite n64 game of all time, great job with the music
You were right Jules. That bassline in Ripple Star looks like hell. :P
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS
Woooooooo. Tuesdays just can't come soon enough!
@FamilyJules7X
He was probably referring to the ending part of Factory Investigation.
this is one of the best midley
I absolutely loved Crystal Shards. Needs a sequel, that creepy ending left me feeling incomplete.
Holy shit, good job on the bass for the Ripple Star part.
This is purely made with an huge mass of epicness.
EPIC!
Kirby's Return to Dreamland has some good songs, some are remixes of older tunes, like Kine's Dreamland 2 theme, and Kirby Super Star's Boss theme, Galacta Knight's theme. I think the themes are memorable enough
