    भोज के साथ-साथ शुद्ध हिन्दी का उत्तम प्रयोग मनभावन है. माननीय आपके कई चलचित्र "सब्जी" शब्द से युक्त हैं. सूखे व्यंजन को कई बार सब्ज़ी कह दिया जाता है, परन्तु सब्ज़ी ऊर्दू शब्द से है. सब्ज़ का अर्थ है हरा. आप सब्ज़ी शब्द से ज्यादा भाजी शब्द प्रयोग करें, तरी वाले व्यंजन के लिए तरकारी प्रयोग करें तो और अधिक सुंदरता आ जाएगी. धन्यवाद.

    Sir... As for me .... The best parval dry curry is different. No jeera, no tomato, no ginger and no onion.
    Recipe :
    1. Alu fry in oil
    2. Parwal fry in oil
    3. Kutti garlic... In less oil ( no jeera)
    4.add parval and alu, mix them
    5.spices : haldi, dhaniya(More), mirch ( att) and aamchoor
    6. Let it get more crispy and shrink
    7. Make pranthas and eat overload 😛

    Peel these pointed gourd before use .just rub them with the back side of your knife

      Initially even I thought so but when he fried it I understood that he did not peel it to make it crispy. Without the peel it will absorb more oil also and the parval will also become soft and mushy I suppose.
