Sorry forgot to add ...I have PGD already but the certificate is not yet out ...I only have the notification of result don't know if that will work too.
It all depends on the university, if you find any school of your choice, just send them an email and ask if they accept such.

As a certificate yes, but it all depends on the purpose!
For study ...Either Masters program or Post graduate program
