Love Frank's assessment that the artist's self portrait says guess why I'm upset and maybe we'll spend the whole day wording that out...lol. Luv his personality.

After being with Frank and disagreeing with the judges for so long, I'm also with Frank in agreeing with the judges final 3 and winner. Danny's was superior from the second he took the paint to the canvas to paint the face. Remarkable. And the best likeness. Actually the only true likeness there. I really think they should replace Kate with Frank as a judge.

Alex should have respected how important the shirt was, yet she just left it pain blue. Artists need to listen, not just look. Agreed with judges on top 3.

I am shocked at some of the judges’ crass comments to artists as they work. They should have more respect and keep the smart alecky stuff for another place.

I keep noticing how the judges are so eager to be more daring when selecting, to the point of getting a bit lost in it and picking up rather poorly done work that won’t pass any academic exam, so I think it’s important to be more realistic and not do that, it’s a bit cringe...

    • @dickreckard5026

They have to take into account that it's what was done in 4 hours and what they think could be made of the piece with more time.

@@TenTenJ they are fancy people with fancy vocabularies.
      Don’t hold it against them.
I’m not sure I agree with you though.
The general public like Thomas Kincaid not Sickert.
They like Bob Ross not Tommy Thompson.
A lot of great art would be missed without those pretentious fucks.

Sitters complexion is "See through" or "Caesar"? Which is it? Are there no editors to figure out what is said and type it in correctly???? Does NO ONE check the text when the program is finished? Is there not even a 10 second delay between speech and publication??? There are obvious time shifts between doing and publishing. SHAbby. FIX this.
