In this travel vlog we visited Shymbulak Ski Resort (February 08,2024) and Finally had our First ever Ski experience ft. snow fall! ❄️🌨️⛷️🎿

We never even thought that one day we will be skiing in Almaty. But I’m so happy we did. How many people can tell stories about that time they went skiing or snowboarding in Kazakhstan? It’s definitely an unforgettable experience. 🤍⛷️❄️
We couldn't be any happier, our Day 1 wedding celebration in Almaty 🇰🇿 exceed our expectations. 🤍❄️🌨️🎿⛷️
We supposed to get the long gondola ride to the top with scenes over the slopes until 3200 meters above the sea level, Talgar Pass. Unfortunately, we didn’t stop skiing till the resort closed 🤣 We really enjoyed a lot!
Therefore, we are excited to share with you our Shymbulak Ski Resort tour Day 2!!
Which we visited the three sections (Combi 1, 2 and Talgar Pass) with a snow storm ❄️🌨️🌨️

Cool video. We are planning to visit during end of January 2025. 2 months before we visited Shahdag mountain ski resort in Azerbaijan. It was similar to this place.

Hi! you can download Yandex Go App. It will cost you around 4,000 to 5000 Tenge or $9-$11 from Almaty to Medeu cable car station.
From Medeu, you can ride the cable car going to Shymbulak Ski resort. Ticket price for Combi 1, 2 and Talgar pass is 2,500 Tenge per person (2 way).😊
