      Front poses are good but hold the pose for more time. Back is not looking good compared to other athlete and back pose is looking casual as well.. Big fan. Want u 2 win this time

    Routine 1 and 3 are best for back and 3 and 4 for front . Brother please don't use second for back you have worked and improved a lot on your back . In 2 nd back posing back doesn't look good but in 1 and 3 back is looking a freaking beast. Love you bruh ❤️. Gold is coming soon 👍
