Thanks Christopher, we're feeling so positive about the future of the lake and its inhabitants. The fishing swims are now beginning to look 'settled' & natural. Next up is fencing off a few areas on the island for fishing where the ever hungry goats can't get to.
I loved klong fishing. One of my kids found my fishing rig and claimed it as his. It's 53 years old. A teakwood sub wrapped with heavy line, hook and weight. Simple.

Wish we’d got that Sawai catfish I caught on the little rod on film 😂😂 it was a ripper😅 lovely song by Fran,,, could it be the new intro to all fish related videos 🤔
Great vlog, you definitely have a unique style of fishing seems more of a exercise workout with all the running to the hooks 😂🗣️🏃♂️🎣🙏, and I always thought fishing was calming and relaxing. Lol😂😂. Your place is really taking it's own shape with the plants adding colours to the land around the water, looking back at your earlier vlogs amazing transformation Toon and yourself are achieving ( and fella that ain't no back garden in England you are doing this time) . Hat off to you both mate. Come on the SNAKEHEADS. 🐟🐬🦈🐋.
The Snakehead could have picked up a parasite. Hopefully not and with a bit of luck, he/she will put a bit of weight on in the small pond. A year ago I put some Carp in my pond after getting advice from you. Common and Mrigal. Just landed one at 5.95 lbs! They were all about an inch long 1 year ago!
Yes, it was a common. The Mrigals are very slow growing and almost impossible to catch! Not only have the Commons grown fast, they've produced babies too!
@@chriscrookson8524 wow mate that's bonkers. I've only witnessed & heard of them being almost in a constant state of spawn-bound. Cracking photos you sent 👍
I reckon if people were made aware of how great they taste there wouldn't be such an issue. Different for the Asian carp species now in the USA. They strip out the 'building blocks' of the food chain in the waterways.
It's all action packed this episode.
Shuttle runs across uneven ground in slippy Adda flip-flops is emotional 🤣
Looks like good fun, lake is starting to look great another rainy season and be all lush . 👍

Totally agree.
We love fishing our drainage canal as much as the lake.
What a fun day with your mum. So nice to see you having a great time together.
Some lovely cuppas & chit chats mate. Precious times.
great video and your Mum sounds like a good laugh. 👍
Our two months with mum flew past way too quickly. 3 years of not seeing each other meant there was a lot to catch up on.
Very happy time.

Can't beat fishing with mum & sharing a cuppa 😉
I love when you do the standing hooks,
Reminds me of my childhood,,we used to set them at night and check early in morning.
Great to see you back. Love that your mum got stuck in - lovely memories for you all.

Excellent catch…and wow indeed a amazing grow rate
Cheers Craig. Those Pacu are greedy sods often muscling other fish out of the way when there's food about.
Nice to see you kids again, it’s been a while 🙂👍🏽🇹🇭🐟🐟🐟🐟
Too long, way too long mate. We've finally dusted down the video camera and ready to rock n roll once more.
Re condition of giant snake-head could it be due to the clarity of the water being mostly visual hunters???
Not sure mate because all the rest are buff 🤔
@@TLFarm maybe needs glasses 🤓 🤣🤣🤣

I am thinking its got a parasite, or it has an ailment from captivity
I'm thinking maybe it's the one I dropped on it's swede when I went to release it into the lake lol.
It's probably been eaten by the others now 😱
Always better with a long shank said the actress to the bishop
Any predatory bargirlcudas in your lakes?...55
I see what you did there 😂
Funny how your accent get stronger round your mom.:)
Probably has a lot to do with me only having goats to talk to most of the time 🤣
2 more weeks... get your bum gun ready to cool after some "heat"
We're looking forward to it mate lol.
In Alaska, the women always out fish the men 🙄
Polar opposite here on Porpeang Farm Thailand 😉
Those are an invasive species and not should not be introduced in other countries. They can wipe out native species of fish.

Did you just read that lol
Read what?
Probably not 🤣
All fishermen bullshit lol
A likely tale 🤣
