@@catabc-rd8dyBen says it at least twice in the AF two part premiere, and it’s supposed to feel like a call back. Even though it wasn’t that popular of a phrase it was still remembered. I think it was used as a marketing tag line for the original show which might be why it was so iconic even early on. It starts to gradually get used more during late AF and UA.
not even a minute into the film and you have already picked up 7 details that would have gone completely over my head 😂 this is why i love these breakdowns!
Strangely enough regarding the "giant monsters destroy the entire city" battle, Sym-Bionic Titan is probably one of the few cartoons to play that kinda thing super _realistically._ Literally in the second episode, there's a mile-wide crater in the middle of the city from the _first_ episode's monster fight, with reconstruction of the area being visible for several episodes further, and the Titan trio make it a priority in all subsequent episodes to get the fight as far away from civilization _first_ (out into the woods, or the sea, etc) before then proceeding to Hero Time. Better hope Bellwood's paid up on their anti-Tokustar insurance!
@The OxyScape Not to mention that while they didn't do a good job, the military was consistently trying to step up and stop the monsters. The art was a bit jank on humans at times, especially the faces, but there was good storytelling, interesting characters, and great fights. Another show that could have been more. Another one where a failing in toy sales is not the show's fault. I mean, with the number of weapons, modes, and features, there was considerable room to make toys, and that's before the monsters, the agents, and the military superweapons.
@@bthsr7113 I love the imperfect human designs it's distinct for Genndy Tarkovsky between Samurai Jack and Sym Bionic Titan aswell as Unicorn Warriors eternal.
Same with evangelion and power puff girls... Though in power puff girls, they don't give two shits! Until they move to a new city and NOBODY is having any of their collateral damage.
@@chistinelane The MCU had hints of that too, except considering Stark's secondary superpower is _money,_ he's basically his own insurance company. "Hey Jarvis? How quickly can we buy this under-construction building I'm about to yeet Hulk face-first into?"
Can we just appreciate that Azmuth hauled ass across the galaxy when he found out the Omnitrix was broken? Long way from "Ehh, let the universe get destroyed. Creation wasn't worth it anyway."
I REALLY LOVED THIS MOVIE! In fact, it's the reason why I got back into Ben 10 after so many years. I even remember sticking a picture of 3D upgrade on my notebook, which one guy in my class took one look at and called me a baby because I still liked watching "kids shows" like Ben 10. I was in sixth grade. Now that liking anime and cartoons is now considered popular because of memes and social media I was shocked at the complete 180 most people did from middle school to now where they cosplay or quote stuff from cartoons regularly.
Ben 10 Destroy all Aliens was originally not canon but Omniverse made it canon. In the first episode of Omniverse, 11 year old Ben made a comment to Malware about fighting a Galvanic mecamorph (Upgrade) before which references to Destroy All Aliens.
I genuinely love the texturing of the aliens in this; all the different uniforms of Ben's aliens, Fourarms being ripped and vascular, the stone-esque look to Diamondhead and Tetrax, the metallic look of the galvanic mechamorphs, etc. The details are so good
As someone who works in 3D modeling and animation, this movie is really impressive on an artistic level. The modles are able to morph *really* well even though the models aren't super dense (As you can see with the sharp points when Upgrade puddles or morphs sometimes). I'd like to touch on the shots where Ben is missing the omnitrix - Alot of the time, things like clothing and accesories aren't connected to the model since they got modeled seperately, and get grouped with the model later on so they can be togled as needed.
Hey Kuro now that you are gonna review Alien Force I suggest you to have counters of Kevin shouting "MY CAR" The gang at Mr smoothie Kevin's car getting destroyed
@@schemar17 not necessarily. Ben is still 10 yrs old in this movie, and we know from omniverse that ben still went on adventures for a little bit when he was 11. So this movie has to take place sometime before December of the year that Ben got the watch because Ben's birthday is in December.
I love how when Ben transforms in Heatblast at the school “he’s like oh well, not the alien I wanted, whatever” as he casually sets everything around him on fire as he leaves
Considering how this was 5 years after the original series, I’m very pleased with all the returning voice actors and aspects of the classic series. Really with some of these voice actors returned for UAF, such as Steve Blum and such
You forgot one of my favourite jokes in the movie. Gwen: Next time let the locals guide you. Tetrax: Is this what you're like with Ben? I can see why he complains about you.
Blitzwolfer would look great in this movie, his main and tail are pretty bulky so you wouldn't need to use that fur texture like they do on Wildmutt and his sonic howl would look great in in cgi
Initially this film wasn’t canon, but then they thought “Ya know what, let’s make it canon”, I think it was DJW who said so, because the Way Big fight was what created the space for Undertown.
I believe they used the Alien Force Way Big design because: 1. It's less "busy", more streamlined and simplistic than the OG design. Easier on the CGI. 2. To sort of facilitate the film's placement between the OG and AF. We get classic designs for the other aliens, but we also get AF Way Big and a slight call-forward to anodites.
The Galvan thing could also just be that what we read as ‘older’ physical features, like Azmuth’s little beard wisps, are just features Galvans have. It doesn’t denote age or anything. Like Albedo’s little antennae in Omniverse.
Derrick J Wyatt once answered this question sometime around the premier of Omniverse on a site called Formspring which is no longer active. However his original answer is screenshotted and put on the Fandom (the Ben 10 wiki) and here's what he said: "When Azmuth's father aged his body was failing, and beyond help, Azmuth transferred the mind of his father into a younger clone body. Incidentally, Azmuth gets his intelligence from his mother's side (if you couldn't tell)."
@@zohebrafi sometimes Derrick J Wyatt isn't a credible source, I mean he made absolute sure that jetray wasn't in omniverse just because he didn't like him and sometimes he'll just make stuff up on the spot that he wants to be canon but isn't actually canon. He was only the art director after all, not like one of the writers or producers
@@rontanamo_bae This was back when what he said actually made sense. During the premier of Omniverse he gave legitimate answers to all the questions fans asked him. It was only later that he started just saying things in the air. Concerning Jetray, the only reason he wasn't in Omniverse was, according to him, he couldn't figure out a good design for him and that the network asked them to stop adding more aliens. The fact that he doesn't like Jetray is something the fans came up with, it's never anything he said. The only alien he openly admits not liking is Fasttrack.
@@ciarangleeson2880 No, I meant the idea that "Derrick doesn't like Jetray" is something that fans came up with. Derrick has never stated openly that he hates Jetray.
Upgrade being kind of one of the central aliens in the film is cool and I liked how they gave Azmuth's father weapons and such. It's a cool way to expand the alien.
"But why is he going Upgrade against Dr. Animo's frog?" i like to think Ben is going to upgrade Dr. Animo's gorilla fists and make him beat up his own frog lol. Anyway this was a fantastically fun series to follow along, hyped for Alien Force Breakdowns.
Was hoping you'd bring up Upgrade literally morphing his body to match that of a Tetramand, even growing extra arms. It was brief, but something I thought was cool. Also, the Mechamorph Armor is very similar to the Symbiote, making the user more aggressive. Honestly, I'd like to see Ditto substitute for Wildmutt only because he is underused.
At 37:41 the two theories given is that "Galvans Age backwards" and the cloning explanation, but Galvans aging backwards is literally disproven by Grey Matter himself, since he's presumably the equivalent of a 10-year-old Galvan. and he's already younger than Azmuth. So I think the cloning explanation works much better.
You know I am late but you think that given that age reversal is sci-fi technology and the Galvin are supposedly the most advance species in the galaxy that they have the means to become young if they wished.
I think the galvan age thing is like the immortal jellyfish thing: due to stress it can reverse its metabolism to the point that it becomes way younger
"If you catch this real quick here, all of the dots around him are circles as usual, but when upgrade flexes they all squish for a second to flex with him too." My favourite quote from this breakdown
I like to think Gwen used the locator spell first here, then when she says she first used it in Alien Force, she's referring to using it that way. She may of been trying it here the first time without properly knowing how it was actually meant to work or she was just learning it around that time and didn't have the "material component" to borrow a D&D term.
If we want to squeeze Gwen's "I haven't done this (locator spell) before" you could say she hasn't used it on an object before, or used it to track an enemy. Maybe she only tried on humans or on her personal objects before. It can be fun trying to explain inconsistencies and plotholes :3
"something's wrong with the Omnitrix in every movie" Secret of the Omnitrix: Omnitrix is about to self destruct and destroy the whole universe Race against time: Eon messes with the Omnitrix Alien swarm: the nanochips cause the Omnitrix to malfunction Destroy all aliens: Gwen's magic affects the Omnitrix
Even though not as Important to the plot in heroes United, the alpha takes the blue print of the Omnitrix and makes his own version making him more powerful
One thing I noticed about this movie during this breakdown is that the alien characters returning in this movie were chosen to save on creating new assets. You have Bad Way Big, who is a recolor of Way Big, Dadsmuth and Azmuth, who are the same model modified, the Retaliator, who in his regular form is a recolored Upgrade, and Tetrax, who is just the Diamondhead model with new clothes.
I just noticed that with the Retaliator, Julie & Ship, and Malgax, we've had a Mechamorph armor user appear in Classic, UAF and Omniverse. Each in different colors too.
@@omaradeliann7731 Oh yeah I forgot about that one. That's pretty cool. I hope the next series continues this oddly specific yet cool trend. Assuming it's in any way intentional.
Instead of Wildmutt maybe Canonbolt, he’d be hard too because of all the plates and morphing into a ball, but I feel like it would match the sleek shiny cgi look better.
It would have been cool if all the citizens turned into aliens as well. There'd be more aliens to want to "destroy" for azmuth's dad and they would have an excuse to lose their memory of the event but it would be too costly. Or instead they could have been absorbed into the Omnitrix as well and then restored when it was fixed.
I remember the only real reference to destroy all aliens in omniverse was in the first few minutes when ben as four arms says to malware that he wasn't the first Galvanic Mechamorph he dealt with referencing the Retaliator, although technically Ben was kinda lying since it was only Mechamorph armor but fair enough lol.
Honestly a Ben 10 comic with some Ben Prime stuff and side character solo arks could be really cool. Gwen and Kevin probably have cool non Ben stories during omniverse.
As for Gwen in this movie, I think she was using mostly magic. the locating spell was probably a verbal magic spell that she said prior to the scene showing her, As for alien force Gwen thought she had some mastery or control over none verbal - magic (even though it was just her anodite heritage showing) so she is probably referring to the fact she is using a non-verbal locating spell while directly using an object to track without while having no experience how it works, also not understanding she is using mana to track living things, also not knowing whether she is non-verbal magic or her powers. As for the portal, again she used a verbal spell + her knack for mana manipulation prolly made it easy for her to cast the spell easily. As for alien force again she was using mostly her anodite powers mostly without any verbal incantation, and her control over her powers wasn't bad but wasnt at opening dimensional portals normally. This was why it prolly took her a while to master this without any actual spell casting for the first part of AF until the second half when she summoned a portal without speaking against Charmcaster(her powers). To back up my explanation every time she used spells or her spell book she was able to go back in one try and when grandpa max gave her the old spell book she used, she teleported them instantly using the teleportation spell she read out loud(Abeo Exorior).
I like to think the reason for azmuth's dad to have so many extra abilities is because it's mechamorph armor and not an actually a galvanic mechamorph and azmuth designed it specifically with extra abilities.
So I- doesn’t no one realize that way big is the only alien Ben turns into in this movie with the green eyes and green symbol? Proving yes it’s just the model from the Ben ten sme
Maybe to explain Gwen's tracking spell being first used in DAA, she was tracking Ben who she is related to and has a connection with. In Alien Force she was tracking someone foreign to her family. You could say before Alien Force she was only familiar with tracking family members and/or people she had a close connection with. Either way great breakdown, i admit i skipped RAT, DAA and AS when i rewatched the franchise some time ago, but these breakdowns have helped me appreciate the franchise more. Can't wait for AF Instead of Wildmutt they probably could have brought back either Ditto or Benwolf, I can see both of them being featured.
On the contrary, I believe the purpose of the dream battle was to remind fans who the classic aliens were, since this was made during the alien force and ultimate alien time period, some fans would’ve been confused on why he wasn’t using aliens like humongusaur or ultimate versions. Or I could be completely wrong
While this could be true for newer fans, the older fans are well aware that Ben never had access to the UAF Playlist until Ben turned 15. So I don't think there should be any confusion.
I doubt it's the reason they thought of while animating it, but remember how when the Omnitrix turns you into an alien, it scales with age? Maybe Ben is a 10 year old To'kustar, while Azmuth was a *1000+* year old To'kustar, hence why the Retalitor Armor's attacks are more effective against Ben, while less effective against Azmuth. Also on a seperate side note, I'm surprised you didn't mention that this is when Ben's supposed scratch guard for the Omnitrix falls off, which is why Waybig's Omnitrix dial isn't white like the previous aliens.
Damn, I had to check to make sure, but you're right, in the beginning all of Ben's aliens' dials are white, but around the Stonehenge fight it becomes green, with Stinkfly and Waybig both having green dials, and Stinkfly has a white one earlier in the movie meaning it definitely was intentional, pretty cool lol
I remember when this came out and I absolutely loved it. It reminded me of Secret of the Omnitrix which is my favorite thing in all of Ben 10. Also I didn’t see the twists coming and loved them
Here’s a theory for Galvin aging. Given that we have Ben (a kid) as a young Galvin, and Azmuth’s dad as a young Galvin, perhaps they are born young and age like normal, but after a certain point their ageing reverses and they become physically younger again? TLDR: Galvin ageing is like a bell curve
Azmuth dad is young because azmuth transferred his dads mind in a younger body because he had a terminal disease or something in his old body thats at least what the fandom says
Here's my thoughts for the aging . I think it is based on how smart the Galvin is as azmuth is the smartest being in 5 galaxies he is pretty smart not saying his dad is dumb just that when compared to azmuth he is not as impressive.
y'know, Dadzmith actually make Blukic and Driba look smart by Galvan standards. also clearly the climactic Way Big battle is taking place in the abandoned warehouse district, all major cities prone to giant monster attacks have an abandoned warehouse district
About the Galvan's crazy aging, i always imagined that they aged normally ,but when they get super old ,their life cycle would restart, reverting into tadpoles ,and their knowlege would be turned into the basic thoughs of the tadpole ,now with free space to learn more things, because you know ,the more we learn the wiser we get ,and the point in life we learn more is when we are young, the galavans becaming younger again would allow they to live so long and they to be so more inteligent than the other species, and then ,Azmuth father would look younger just because he has already gone to the begining again, and Azmuth being really youger didn't get to that phase already
29:20 I feel like this Diamondhead looking area in the Omnitrix is something relating to the Race Against Time intro as well as their home planet, because you can see dna molecules that resemble Diamondhead whilst also somewhat looking like planets.
34:52 That would be the underappreciated GOAT that is Ditto. I think the CG artstyle could've made his cloning ability even more visually interesting. Plus, it is always nice to have more Ditto lol.
I really like the internet theory that the whole 'Dadzmuth being younger than Azmuth' thing is based on an animal called the immortal jellyfish, which resets its lifecycle whenever it gets damaged, hence the immortal part. Just something that would be cool to have in an alien species.
Yeah and that really makes you ask if galvans really live as long as Azmuth or has he resetted his age multiple times already. Because creatures that small really don't live all that long, and OS and UAF Azmuth feels like he aged for decades
I REALLY love the models in this movie. Like, Ben and Gwen look AMAZING, the Rustbucket looks awesome, and all of the aliens look great. Shiny Upgrade, all of Heatblast, the textures on Diamondhead (and Tetrax), it's all amazing. I wish we had access to these models so we could mess around with them, but that's probably NEVER going to happen. I'd love to be wrong about that though.
Thoughts on the Galvan aging theory: Maybe Galvans age with intelligence? Thus why the First Thinker looks so old, but other Galvans who aren't as smart as him look younger? Sort of a literal take on "With age comes wisdom" but in reverse so "With wisdom comes age". At least I think that could be pretty cool.

I remember this releasing online years ago around the time Omniverse was being teased, and being really excited for it. I also remember being really concerned when I watched it about how many people were probably dead because of the Way Big battle. I never realized that it was because of that destruction that Undertown was built, that elevates this movie a little bit in my eyes.
I'd say Wildvine would be interesting, though perhaps difficult, to render as a model given how his powers would work reasonably well with in a stretchy model.
If I had to add another alien, it would be XLR8. He's a pretty noticeable absence when the only other original ten aliens missing are Ripjaws and Ghostfreak.
I mean those two are understandable given he doesn't have Ghostfreak anymore and Ripjaws is kinda useless without water around. But yeah XLR8 is a pretty noticeable absence
Idea about the Azmuth being older then his Dad: What if the smarter you are as a Galvin alters your looks? For instance, Azmuth is the smartest Galvin in existence. So he looks nothing like a typical Galvin, and maybe his Dad has the same/lower intelligence then the average Galvin.
Derrick J Wyatt once answered this question on Formspring when Omniverse premiered. He said that Azmuth transferred his dad's consciousness to another younger body.

This movie was never forgotten in my brain, I wanted to watch the movie so many times as a kid and still do but I only saw it once. I would like to watch this movie again, if I can find it.
I can’t help but point a couple things out, sorry if I sound nitpicky or pedantic. 1. When grey matter first appears in this movie his omnitrix is missing. 2. We know that azmuth ran away from home and lived in isolation for years on that planet they found him on in secret of the omnitrix, so his dad wouldn’t know about the omnitrix, the aliens on incarcicon know about the omnitrix through rumours, they don’t know what it looks like, only what it can do and that’s how they realise what it actually is in that scene
The rumours most likely originated from the fact that many considered the Omnitrix a new superweapon, something many criminals would appreciate to have, and Azmuth was probably viewed as a shady character due to him, you know, living on some unknown to most planet and being the constructor of said "superweapon"
I think the Omnitrix was missing so that it reflected Ben being inside the Omnitrix during the dream - and the true error was them replacing it with the model that was wearing the Omnitrix in later shots.
Did anyone else notice that all of the classic series aliens had the traditional Omnitrix symbol being greyed out, but Waybig being in its AF/UA design had the green and black Omnitrix symbol even though this is before the Omnitrix recalibrated
“Heatblast is missing his head flames again” Dude, you pointed your cursor right where the flame ended. It was just tough to see because of the colours they used for that bit.
I like to think Galvans sort of age on a bell curve, because Grey Matter is a representation of a 10 year old Galvan, Azimuth is thousands of years old, and Dadsmuth is likely thousands of years older, but Dadsmuth looks almost the same age as Grey Matter. Thus, the bell curve aging model.
With Gwen's locating spell, I always felt like it was Alien force as the first time she attempted to track something via essence and energy signatures. In classic she always used some sort of incantation so she may have been using a spell instead of just trying to track his mana and the spell wasn't working because Ben was too far away
I was high standards kid and I saw it once and thought "this looks weird". 2012 woulda been around the time of Avengers and Brave (...I liked brave, gets a bit too much hate IMO) so yea. But 10 years later and some creative experience (not an artist but work with them), yea. For a budget of a TV movie, it's actually pretty good, especially all the mechamorph animation which is a pain to do in 3D. I still think there's something off, but it's more on the lighting and compositing than the animation (which is actually really good). That's probably as good as it'll look in 2012 without Avengers money tho.
I don't think the sequence is pointless, I think it sells how horrible it is that the Omnitrix is going haywire. Like, we do actually get Ben's aliens turning on him in this movie, with how other people are turned into aliens. But that's not just it, this watch is part of his body. If something bad is happening to it, something bad is happening to Ben. Like with Ghostfreak, this watch doesn't just transform his body, it can affect his brain, make him have nightmares.
What alien would you replace with WildMutt? Alien replacements: HeatBlast, DiamondHead, XLR8, Grey Matter, Four Arms, StinkFly, RipJaws, Up Grade, "maybe" GhostFreak, CannonBolt, Wild Vine, BlitzWolfer (BenWolf at the time), Snare-Oh (BeMummy at the time), Frankenstrike (BenVictor at the time "I think"), Up Chuck, Ditto, Eye Guy. You can even say FeedBack since this might be around the time when Ben unlocked FeedBack
Jan 13 is when this project started that’s half a year but it feels like we just started the breakdowns and the best part is we’re not even half way done so excited for the future
I'd definitely argue that Gwen was in the wrong in the beginning. Not only did she hinder Ben, thus needlessly dragging it out and putting Max into more danger, she also almost crushed Max under the falling pieces. Ben was 100% justified in choosing Upgrade. Yes, he did make the tank more dangerous, but as Upgrade, he also has full control over it, meaning he could've just driven it away safely. Also, her still going through with casting the dismantling spell was extremely reckless. Not only did it actually damage the Omnitrix, she couldn't have known how it would affect a Galvanic Mechamorph like Upgrade.
The only problem I can see with the age backwards thingy is the fact that Azmuth's father looks just like Greymatter, even though Greymatter is the equivalent to a 10 year old Galvan. Also the fact that Driba states he once was a little tadpole. Only explanation I could see other than the cloning, which I personally feels to unethical for the good guys to use (hence why Vreedles uses it instead and you basically removing the will of an innocent organism to transport your consciousness into), is that the beard looking tendrils aren't actually a trait of oldness, but of youth, kinda like how tails are to tadpoles. When they grow older, the body simply absorbs back the tendrils. Though this would mean they don't have them, grow them, then lose them
@@yellow94 ikr, just like the episodes breakdowns, from console games like Protector pf Earth to flash cartoon network website games, one day this channel might cover every Ben 10 media
I think importance should have a 1 not only because it foreshadowed Gwen as half anodite (even though it was already a thing when this movie came out) but because of mechamorph armor which did return in omniverse sure might not be the same mechamorph armor but in this movie we knew that it was a thing so they didn’t just make it up in omniverse in malgax attacks
I find it interesting they chose to go with the UAF versions of certain things like the tokustar design and Gwen's magic being pink but they still kept the omnitrix dial grey during transformation, especially since by this point I'm pretty sure we saw 10 year old Ben in Ultimate Alien and he had a green dial for his transformations. But then you have Way Big who does have a green dial. Not a big deal, just somewhat interesting.
Honestly, out of all the Ben 10 movies made, Destroy All Aliens is probably my favorite. It’s not perfect, and it’s flaws do get to me, but as a whole it felt like a giant love letter to classic Ben 10, and it managed to replicate a lot of what made the classic series work and transplant it into a CGI environment! Again, I won’t say it’s perfect, but I still very much enjoy it.
What would happen if Rainmaker Entertianment (the ones behind “Escape From Planet Earth”, “Ratchet & Clank”, and the cancelled “Sly Cooper” film) animated “Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens”?
A little known fact is that the rust bucket was hand drawn throughout the whole movie, they wanted to make up for having it be cgi during the original series.
38:14 I’d agree to your theory of brain swapping seeing as the black seal on his head symbolizes a scar being covered up (since azimuth doesn’t have one) and it’d explain Ben’s black strip like his consciousness being put into a generic galvin
If they were trying to make it blend and lead more into Omniverse and the canon of the series switch Wildmutt with Feedback have it be the way to introduce him. Also I love how much Upgrade or his species played in this movie because he was always my favorite transformation and I really love your design for him Kuro.
The over the top depictions of the characters, and the the hyper focus on nonstop action made it feel like the movie was afraid it would lose lil Timmy's attention if it were quiet for 5 seconds.

Ben 10 Destroy all Aliens was originally not canon but Omniverse made it canon. In the first episode of Omniverse, 11 year old Ben made a comment to Malware about fighting a Galvanic mecamorph (Upgrade) before which references to Destroy All Aliens.
And in the episode malgax attacks vilgax uses mechamorph armor made from malware which also turns into a cube like the one in the movie.

Undertown was also a Result of Aliens helping rebuild Bellwood and setting Camps underground, the Camps eventually grew into a Full Town

From what I heard on the Ben 10 wiki, apparently Ben unlocked Feedback sometime after Destroy all Aliens

What kinda’s of Movies and cartoons do you work on?

I believe they used the Alien Force Way Big design because:
However his original answer is screenshotted and put on the Fandom (the Ben 10 wiki) and here's what he said:
"When Azmuth's father aged his body was failing, and beyond help, Azmuth transferred the mind of his father into a younger clone body.

I love how the alien’s are even conserned with Ben’s homework lol 😂
Upgrade being kind of one of the central aliens in the film is cool and I liked how they gave Azmuth's father weapons and such. It's a cool way to expand the alien.
"But why is he going Upgrade against Dr. Animo's frog?"
i like to think Ben is going to upgrade Dr. Animo's gorilla fists and make him beat up his own frog lol.
Anyway this was a fantastically fun series to follow along, hyped for Alien Force Breakdowns.
that is so messed up lmao
Yeah that’s something Ben would do
Honestly I'd Say Ben Merges with the RV. Since its already kind of a mobile weapon.
I thought he was going to upgrade the Rust Bucket to take on the giant mutant frog
It was comfirmed he unlocked Articgwana after this movie so he probably miss transforms into him against animo
Agree.
or cannonbolt
He is a shapeshifter type alien so yeah
Huge agree on the ditto. Came to comments to say ditto. Plus that would be the first and only time (I can think of) for a female version of ditto.
I thought ditto too
At 37:41 the two theories given is that "Galvans Age backwards" and the cloning explanation, but Galvans aging backwards is literally disproven by Grey Matter himself, since he's presumably the equivalent of a 10-year-old Galvan. and he's already younger than Azmuth.
It's actually just a small retcon, nothing more.
"something's wrong with the Omnitrix in every movie"
Secret of the Omnitrix: Omnitrix is about to self destruct and destroy the whole universe
Race against time: Eon messes with the Omnitrix
Alien swarm: the nanochips cause the Omnitrix to malfunction
Destroy all aliens: Gwen's magic affects the Omnitrix
Ben: "Stupid Watch!"
I remenber playing a Ben 10 game and Azmuth says that something's wrong with the omnitrix and Ben just goes "of course it is"
Even though not as Important to the plot in heroes United, the alpha takes the blue print of the Omnitrix and makes his own version making him more powerful
Hey it's an omnitrix
It's always in the center of everything
I don't think race against time really counts
Reboot as well with kevin and glitch

Honestly, that would be epic!

@@brawmankerlexterminateurde860 yah this character the most coolest and tragic ones

Or I could be completely wrong
While this could be true for newer fans, the older fans are well aware that Ben never had access to the UAF Playlist until Ben turned 15. So I don't think there should be any confusion.
that doesn't make sense tho, since XLR8, Cannonbolt, Wildvine and Ripjaws don't show up. its just showing us which aliens will be in the movie.
@iexistdidyouknowthat yeah so again showing us all the aliens that will be in the movie is still not a good idea
I feel it was more so done for the trailer. What better way to hype up people than showing Ben’s aliens attack him
I doubt it's the reason they thought of while animating it, but remember how when the Omnitrix turns you into an alien, it scales with age?

I agree, especially since we see a flashback of Blukic and Driba as tadpoles in Omniverse. Can't remember which episode though.
Or they just made machine that reverses their aging and Azmuth just decided not to use it for some reason
So the galvans are amphibic jellyfishes?

Lol
y'know, Dadzmith actually make Blukic and Driba look smart by Galvan standards. also clearly the climactic Way Big battle is taking place in the abandoned warehouse district, all major cities prone to giant monster attacks have an abandoned warehouse district

Also the rumors started in Grudge Match when Ben fought alongside Kevin in space. Many aliens noticed the omnitrix
Jesus Christ why are you being so nitpicky it’s so annoying!!!
Also Myaxx was there, and she worked on the omnitrix too, so she could have told about it to some of the people there.
I think the Omnitrix was missing so that it reflected Ben being inside the Omnitrix during the dream - and the true error was them replacing it with the model that was wearing the Omnitrix in later shots.
I’ve never known how amazing this movie is amazingly animated. I’ve always loved this movie and I’m glad that I now know more then before
Ben: I have learnt my lesson
Gwen: You will forget it again, but you've learnt it.
Kuro: That's the show

I remember really liking this one as a kid.
Did anyone else notice that all of the classic series aliens had the traditional Omnitrix symbol being greyed out, but Waybig being in its AF/UA design had the green and black Omnitrix symbol even though this is before the Omnitrix recalibrated
“Heatblast is missing his head flames again”
Dude, you pointed your cursor right where the flame ended. It was just tough to see because of the colours they used for that bit.
Well like you said it's hard to see, so maybe he didn't know it was actually there and made a mistake
This movie brings back too many memories, back in the times when CGI movies we're the definitive version of animation
I’m guessing the scene where Bens aliens are attacking him is to catch up the audience since it had been a while since the classic series had aired.
Are we not gonna talk about Kuro's hair😭? This series really is the evolution of his hair, as pointed out by some guy in another one of his videos.
With Gwen's locating spell, I always felt like it was Alien force as the first time she attempted to track something via essence and energy signatures. In classic she always used some sort of incantation so she may have been using a spell instead of just trying to track his mana and the spell wasn't working because Ben was too far away
As a kid, the CG blew me away, and i would say it still does... it just looks well, polished.
Like with Ghostfreak, this watch doesn't just transform his body, it can affect his brain, make him have nightmares.
still entirely skippable.
@@LucyWest370 Nah, too cool to skip
In the end she took full responsibility for doing that so I'm really glad she acknowledged her wrongs
Though this would mean they don't have them, grow them, then lose them
Kuro you could do full gameplays of the Ben 10 games, while breaking everything down (details, stories, etc)
That would be pretty cool!
@@yellow94 ikr, just like the episodes breakdowns, from console games like Protector pf Earth to flash cartoon network website games, one day this channel might cover every Ben 10 media
It would be cool, though it would also be time consuming.
@@TheVardener yeah :/
I don't know about that but I'd like to see him talk about them.
Azmuth's dad is a just a huge boomer, he doesn't know about dem new fangled peace symbols and those Omnitrax things his son is into.
"are ya winning son?"
"I just invented a wrist watch that can create universal peace."
A lot of people talk about this more than Kuro thinks. This is a real good movie.
Definitely seems pretty good!
Bruh what? What about Secret of the Omnitrix??
@@HerohammerStudios That film is my second favorite.
What would happen if Rainmaker Entertianment (the ones behind “Escape From Planet Earth”, “Ratchet & Clank”, and the cancelled “Sly Cooper” film) animated “Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens”?
Its perfect
I think all them are special in theyre own way
A little known fact is that the rust bucket was hand drawn throughout the whole movie, they wanted to make up for having it be cgi during the original series.
38:14 I’d agree to your theory of brain swapping seeing as the black seal on his head symbolizes a scar being covered up (since azimuth doesn’t have one) and it’d explain Ben’s black strip like his consciousness being put into a generic galvin
Did any one notice that way Big has the black and green omnitrix symbol, whereas the rest only have the grey and white.
Probably because the way big model in this movie is the same one used in Alien force and Ultimate alien.
If they were trying to make it blend and lead more into Omniverse and the canon of the series switch Wildmutt with Feedback have it be the way to introduce him. Also I love how much Upgrade or his species played in this movie because he was always my favorite transformation and I really love your design for him Kuro.
Ya they really missed the mark there cause it would’ve been undoubtedly the best way to introduce feedback
The over the top depictions of the characters, and the the hyper focus on nonstop action made it feel like the movie was afraid it would lose lil Timmy's attention if it were quiet for 5 seconds.
@@deadaccount1.57 I'm not a Trump supporters and don't know who liked my comment, I just wanted to share my opinion on the movie.
